摘要：社区支持型农业(CSA)是可持续农业的重要形式之一，近几年在国内逐渐受到人们关注，为借鉴日本和美国CSA发展的经验教训，促进中国CSA 健康发展和城乡互补，为此，重点介绍了CSA在两国的发展历程及趋势，分析了兴衰背后的社会原因及其启示，并探讨了中国发展社区支持农业的潜在需求。
研究得出：CSA最早产生的日本，随着有机农场的减少，以及社会经济变化等原因，CSA已经变得日益衰落；而在其后CSA兴起的美国却迎合了广大民众的需求得以蓬勃发展，并且功能形式日趋灵活多样，农场平均规模趋于减小；CSA的兴起和发展与其社会背景紧密相关，CSA多数提倡采用机生产方式同时兼备多种功能，其发展遵循平等互利、规模适度等原则，外部支援和参与有助于增强其发展活力。
这对中国CSA和持续农业发展具有借鉴意义。
该文从维护农民利益、保障市民需求及城乡一体化等角度，认为CSA 是中国发展可持续农业、实现城乡协调发展的一条“绿色通道”。
关键词：社区支持农业；可持续农业；城乡协调发展；日本；美国0 引言长期以来，中国农业生产普遍采用高度集约化生产方式，过度强调产量而忽视了对生态环境的影响，致使中国农业持续发展和食品安全面临严峻形势，同时农产品贸易的全球化对中国的农户经济也造成巨大影响。
而在此过程中，一方面，消费者对于健康食品的渴望日益强烈，希望通过多种途径自由选择安全食品而不是被动消费；另一方面，农民及农业生产组织因为较高的生产成本和质量一般的农产品加上外在天气及市场的风险，获利甚微，从而影响其生产的积极性，直接影响到粮食安全。
因此，如何建设城乡食品“绿色”通道，就成为促进城乡统筹发展的一个重大课题。
在此背景下，一种致力于拯救农业生态环境促进健康安全食品、注重农业可持续生产和生产者与消费者合作互补的农业生产组织形式——社区支持型农业（Community support agricultural，简称CSA）逐渐成为一种新选择而在国内逐渐受到人们关注。

CSA模式—正在发展的可持续农业市场体系—西南石油大学绿舟协会体验有机生态生活实践队摘要：CSA试图在农场或农民与那些食用他们种植的食物的成员或者订户之间创立一个直接联系的纽带，它是农业可持续发展的一种形式。
目前，在欧洲、美洲、澳洲、亚洲都有一定的发展，受到了一定人群的接纳，通过这次有机生态生活的实践，实践队接触了到CSA 运作模式，以及与有机农场主的深度接触与访问，进一步了解CSA 情况。
关键词：CSA模式；有机食品；发展；对策前言：在城市化进程中, 城市居民与农民的关系已经渐行渐远。
城市消费者的食物几乎都要从超市、菜市场购买, 消费者很难见到真正的农民生产者, 也不了解食物的生产和加工过程, 加之近年来爆发的“三聚氰胺”、“红心鸭蛋”等食品安全问题，消费者们对食品安全产生越来越多的质疑。
同时, 农民也不知道他们的产品在哪卖, 卖给谁。
生产者和消费者的友谊和相互之间的信任关系慢慢地减弱并最终瓦解。
农民要挣更多的钱, 所以就得生产更多的东西。
为了使产量最大化, 合成的化学制剂, 像激素、化肥、农药等等被大量地使用。
这些化学制剂对于食品安全、生态环境都带来了很负面的影响。
那么, 为了农民和消费者的共同利益,他们之间应该建立起怎样一种关系呢?我们是否可以通过发展另一类市场来重建农民与消费者的友好关系, 推动可持续农业的发展呢?1．CSA模式简介1.1 CSA定义社区支持农业（CSA），按照通俗话来说是一种送货上门服务的方式，使生产者与消费者之间直接产生联系，进而实现彼此的信任感。
但这种信任感并不是完全建立在农场的送货这种联系上，要实现双方的完全信任，特别是消费者对农场的信任，还需要农场主为消费者提供更多的食品安全信息。
例如，农场主必须保证农场里生产过程中的农作物没有使用农药、化肥、转基因等危害人体健康的有害物，但这还必须有一种监督机制使得消费者放心，那就是一种“眼见为实”的监督方式，让消费者亲自来农场观看生产的整个过程，是一个健康、安全、生态的生产方式。

THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:DEFINITIONSAccreditation Representative is a representative of a regulatory or other official authority, but not a representative or agentof CSA, who, for CSA Certification accreditation purposes, examines information used in making Certification decisions,including test data, such examination to be conducted at any of the Client's facilities or at CSA's premises.
Certificate of Compliance is a document that lists Products eligible to bear a Certification Mark.Certification means the evaluation of samples or prototypes of product performed by CSA to determine compliance withapplicable Requirements.
Certification Mark(s) means the certification marks registered under applicable trademark legislation which may be affixed toCSA Certified Products; includes additional certification marks owned by or licensed to CSA which may be used as requiredby CSA.
Certification Record is a list of the Client's Certified Products including product classification and identification,characteristics and permitted Factory locations.
Certification Report is a document issued by CSA describing the design and construction of a Certified Product andevaluations performed during the Certification process.
Certified means that the sample or prototype of the Product has been evaluated and found to comply with the applicableRequirements and permission has been granted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement to represent the Product as Certified.
Confidential Information means any and all business and technical information which is marked 'Confidential' by the Clientand which may include without limitation, any and all product specifications, drawings, samples, design and designinformation, including, without limitation, schematics, circuit layouts, part lists, installation manuals, and descriptionsconcerning the Client's Products. Confidential Information also includes any information about any identifiable employee orcustomer of the Client but does not include the name, title, business address or business phone number of employees of theClient. Confidential Information does not include any information which: (i) was in CSA's possession before receipt fromthe Client as evidenced by written records; (ii) is or becomes a matter of public knowledge through no fault of CSA; (iii) isrightfully obtained by CSA from a third-party who is legally free to pass on such information without a duty ofconfidentiality; (iv) is disclosed by the Client to a third party without a duty of confidentiality on the third party; or (v) isindependently developed by CSA.
CSA Representative is a person designated as such by CSA.Factory is the facility from which the Product may be represented as Certified and the only place at which the CertificationProduct Service AgreementDQD 516CDNe Rev. 2010-08-01© Canadian Standards Association. All rights reserved.

Mark may be affixed, as noted in the Certification Record. Where the Certification Mark is affixed to the Product by apermanent process which requires specialized third-party service providers such as metal embossing, the Factory shall be thelocation at which the Product including the embossed part is assembled as deemed by CSA and noted in the CertificationRecord.
Label means the label referred to in section 2.2 of this Agreement.Listee Product means a Client's Certified Product that is marketed or merchandised under a different, private brand name.Product(s) are equipment, materials, processes or systems submitted to CSA for Certification that are eligible to bear aCertification Mark.
Requirements are the requirements applicable to the Certified Product as interpreted by CSA and include but are not limitedto the Certification Report, and, if applicable, the Label service program, Label licensing program, and conformity testingprogram.
