我在七(6)班尝试“先学后教”教学的教学模式,由于之前通过研读教材,分析学生,进行
自备、教学实践、伙伴点评、再备课、教学实践、伙伴点评等阶段,因此我觉得这次教学实践活动
比较成熟,现将课堂教学效果分析如下:
一、练习“用所给单词的正确形式填空”统计

其中全对的学生7人,占总人数的38.9%
各题正确率统计:
共性分析:
将来时中的助动词will,个别学生会漏加;
主将从现的运用概念不清,分不行哪一个是主句哪一个是从句
学生在不同人称后的动词是否需要变形出错较多;
个性分析:
在9道题目中,错误率较高的是第9题和 ,第4题主要错在惯性思维从句在前,主句在后,所以
填成“will finish”部分学生粗心,知道用什么时态但是不变形。
通过这份课堂教学效果的分析,我意识到在今后的教学中,作为课堂教学的引导者,我认为还
需要在以下几个方面一直提醒自己:
1、对课堂的预设一定要再多些。课堂教学中,重难点的突出与学习非常重要,但不能简单地
认为学生学过了其他的知识点就可以略过,这些知识点的复习与巩固对新授内容的学习仍然非常重
要。
2、课堂重难点的学习过程中,教师不能为了用这种方法而用这种方法,表面看起来好像效果
有的,课堂也很热闹,这种方法使用的时候究竟是否用到了实处,是否真正充分地让学生进行了操
练,都是要注意的地方。比如这堂课里,在朗读方面,教师针对文本设计了让学生自己读,同桌读
和小组等。小组读是很有必要的,需要团队的合作和共享,可在这个环节,教师给的时间却比较短,
没有让学生充分地进行朗读。
3、 课堂教学的进行并不能为了这堂课而进行,还要综合考虑前后的关联性,所学知识的复现,
教师能教什么,选择教什么,如何教,怎样为之后的教学内容作铺垫,都是要下很大的功夫的。
4、课堂教学的目的除了达到相关的知识与能力的目标要求,教师更要牢牢记住英语教学的另
一个重要目的,那就是要培养学生的学习兴趣和学习能力。从如何授之以鱼到授之以渔。所以在今
后的课堂教学中,教师必须要注意让学生保持对英语学习的兴趣,加强对学生学习习惯和能力的培
养。
