一、教学目的
a. 培养兴趣；
b. 培养学生不翻译的习惯。
二、此阶段教学特点和方式
1. 如何培养兴趣
①我们选取的课程内容都是孩子们感兴趣的内容，比如有趣易懂的英语小故事，游戏，歌谣，歌曲；生动有趣的英文卡通电影；
②我们还有完整的奖励激励制度，像Lily的积分卡（相当于LILY学校的钱），小超市（用挣来的积分卡买东西），每月明星榜等去激发孩子的学习兴趣和积极性；
③我们培训每一个老师的幽默感和表现力，努力吸引孩子；
2. 如何培养不翻译的习惯
具体操作：
①全英语的授课环境，课上教师输出的内容较多（我们的教程内容在感初阶段一节课A4纸要八九页），信息量大的目的是让孩子翻译不过来。
强迫学生能够进入自然习得状态；
②课上使用大量的教学图片、教学录像和教师的肢体语言。
能让学生能够轻松地将英语声音信号和情景情节直接对应；不需要翻译；
③随堂录音传到LILY校内网上，在家让学生听英语声音信号，回忆联想课堂上的场景和教师所讲的内容情节。
强化了这种对应能力，慢慢地会形成英语声音信号与情景情节对应的习惯。
慢慢就不想翻译了。
三、本阶段的学生表现
1. 孩子非常有兴趣，愿意来上课；
2. 孩子没有翻译的意识，在家听课堂录音不厌烦。
四、如何完成作业
（一）新课后如何完成作业
1、新课下课后到随堂录音下载完成之前，可以让孩子用汉语简单讲述课上讲的故事，目的是检查孩子上课听讲是否认真。
2、听第一遍随堂录音的操作方法：
（1）要及时听第一遍随堂录音，目的是通过声音信号去回忆课上场景。
只有及时听，孩子才能回忆起课上的场景。
（2）新课后第二天要听随堂录音一遍，可以分两次听，每次听一节课。
例如，周二晚上上新课，周三早上听一部分，周三晚上听一部分。
（3）若及时听，孩子会对情景印象还比较深，不需要规规矩矩的听。
可利用上学路上或吃饭的时候听即可。
3、听第二遍随堂录音的操作方法：
（1）把课堂内容分为三部分散课，故事及录像，分配时间来听。
例如：今天听两个故事，明天听散课和录像。
（2）每个部分听完后，用汉语简单讲述该故事。
目的是检查孩子听随堂录音的效果。
（二）复习课后如何完成作业
（1）需再听一遍随堂录音，孩子对内容理解的会更透彻。
此时不需要用汉语讲述。
五、初学LILY思维英语的注意事项：
1、孩子是通过回忆课上场景对应随堂录音中的声音信号，所以要及时听随堂录音。
2、每次听随堂录音至少情景或情节完整，千万不要听几分钟歇几分钟。
3、孩子听随堂录音时要保持较好的精神状态，保证听录音的效率。
切不可听着录音睡觉，否则孩子会形成条件反射，一听英语就犯困。
4、最好不要在画画的时候听随堂录音，孩子的注意力不在回忆场景上。
5、年龄较小的孩子在初期听录音时家长最好陪听，以养成良好的听英语的习惯。
6、不能刻意的辅导孩子，（让孩子去背故事或用汉语去翻译某些词汇）刻意辅导会导致孩子对应混乱。
本阶段，就是培养学生把英语的声音信号与情景情节对应，而不是把英语信号与汉语对应。
只要孩子上课认真的看，跟着老师的思路走，就能够将声音信号和情景情节对应起来。
希望家长能理解本阶段学习的目的。
凡是在以后的学习阶段中出现问题的学生，大多是在感初阶段没有养成良好的习得习惯。
所以本阶段的重点是让孩子养成良好的习惯——认真听讲的习惯，听随堂录音的习惯。
