今天我想就听力这方面谈谈我的设想和做法请各位领导、前辈和同仁们批评指教。
提高学生的听力不是一时半会儿就能做到的。
在日常教学中教师要用英语组织教学如果加上必要的手势、表情、简笔画等学生的注意力会更加集中。
平时学生要多听课文录音及相应的录音材料并进行模仿、跟读训练这样有利于学生对语流中变化音的把握。
另外还要培养分析能力分析说话者如何利用不同的语调表达情感、态度和隐含内容。
听力训练时教育学生要集中注意力调整好心态沉着冷静静心收听。
再者在听的过程中要经过大量的实践克服借助母语而完成理解文意的方式。
听力训练时不能急躁要循序渐进由浅入深大量训练自然会形成好习惯。
近年来,中考英语科目的听力测试所占的比值越来越大,对考生的要求越来越高,听力测试的题型也在不断的完善、更新、提高。
近几年来,我市听力考查的题型共有三种类型:1、短对话理解,2、长对话理解,3、短文理解,听力测试主要考查考生获取信息和理解信息的能力。
下面,我想结合2012年中考真题,具体分析一下命题趋势。
1、对话理解题型特征及真题分析听对话,选答案主要提供一段由一个男声和一个女声朗读的简短对话录音,对话结束后,再提供一个问题,要求考生根据对话内容和问题选择正确答案。
对话内容来源于我们初中英语教材上各方面的交际会话用语,如问时间、地点、日期、喜好、问路、看病、购物、天气、建议、打算、原因和结果等方面的话题,其中购物和问路考查最多,时间和方位较难。
2短文理解型特征及真题分析听短文,选答案。
这道题的命题方式是在录音中提供一段难度适中的小短文,在考生听完短文之后,根据短文内容以及试卷上所设置的小问题,从三个选项中选出正确的一项。

我们很多时候是做不到的。
农村的教学设施简陋,学生素质较低,这让我们的英语教学遇到很大的困难,如何提高英语教学成绩我们的一些做法是:1、听和读:从初一开始,我就要求学生买磁带或是从学习机上下载相应的听力材料。
每天至少听15分钟,边听边跟读,这样大部分的单词基本上都会读了。
在初一第一学期,我就教了音标,一些学生能运用音标来读单词,不会读的跟磁带学,还有再不会的,我会让科代表在早自习或是下午自习的时候教读。
这样就能节约时间,使课堂有更多的时间进行情境交际了。
重要的句子对话要求学生能背。
还有就是值日生报告。
内容包括:天气,学生出勤,上一节课或近期所学的重要句子。
我是从七年级下学期开始进行,安排学生按位置进行,值日生把星期几和当天的天气情况写在黑板的角落里,并在上课时做值日生报告,这样能使每位学生都有机会发言,并且能迫使较差的学生去询问、去准备。
有的成绩差的学生还把发言写在本子上,这种做法目的既锻炼了学生的胆量和培养学生开口说英语的能力。

在背会单词的基础上展开小组间单词拼写的竞赛,方式可以多种多样,或是口头抢答,或是到黑板前默写,可以是组内竞争,也可以是组间竞争。
定期举行单词拼写比赛,随机抽每个小组的一名成员参加比赛,并评选出优胜者,此法大大提高了学生记忆单词的积极性、提升了教学效果。
2.自合学习完成课堂教学任务在预习阶段,老师把预习的任务分配给组长,组长再把任务分配给小组的各个成员,预习的内容主要包括课文的翻译、重点词组句子的查找、语法知识的理解以及疑难的标注等等。
力求做到人人有任务,个个有事做。

2022年中考英语教学阅历沟通

大家上午好!
首先,谢谢区教研室对我校英语教学工作的大力支持和耐心指导。
我本人也很荣幸今日能在这里,代表我校初四英语备课组,就毕业班
英语教学状况,向大家汇报,谈不上阅历介绍,我只是共享一下我们
对于中考复习的体味和做法,不当之处,敬请批判指正。
一、制定具体方案,未雨绸缪
在上学期新课结束前半个月,我们花了两个下午的时光,将中考复
习内容和剩余大约4个多月的时光结合起来,初步制定了复习方案,并
根据方案将初备任务落实到人. 在制定每一步方案的时候,我们都坚
持做好“四个讨论”,“三个明确”:讨论《教学大纲》,讨论考试要求,
讨论近三年中考试题,讨论中考试卷分析与各题型评分标准。“三个
明确”:明确中考题型结构、题型功能和能力要求;明确中考命题原
则和方向;明确考点、易混点、失分点。从而精确 掌握中考动
向,确保我们的教学有的放矢。
二、采取三轮复习,四个阶段,稳扎稳打?
我们的复习是从15-16学年第一学期19周开头,到六月9日结
束,分三个层次举行全面复习。
(一)第一轮复习:基础夯实阶段—梳理教材,夯实基础。(2022
年1月下旬-2022年4月上旬)
这一阶段的复习我们以教材和相应习题为主。对教材学问举行分

册分单元系统梳理,并实行一些须要的措施来巩固和增加复习效果。
主要做到如下几点:
1.梳理基础学问,加强整句训练。分册分单元引导同学复习教
材,梳理各单元基础单词,核心短语和重点句型,加强整句训练,加
深记忆。
2. 强化复习内容,精选训练题目。按照复习内容,我们挑选《全

3. 重视复习效果,加强阶段测试。在早自习和中午午读时光坚
持听写,每周在固定的时光举行周周清,组内每一位教师天天都坚持
催促听写或周清没过关的学生举行重听或重过关。?阶段性测试可分
单元或分册、分类举行。对各单元可能作为中考考点的内容举行具体
讲解和反复训练,提升同学的娴熟度。
(二)其次轮复习:话题复习阶段—强化语法,突出重点。(2022
年4月中旬-2022年5
月上中旬)
4月中旬-5月初,我们主要以《中考说明指导》为主,举行话题
专项复习并同时举行语法专项训练,点拨夯实。
1. 有效利用《中考说明指导》,将按话题编写的基础学问(单词,
短语,句型)串联起来,提取重要考点对同学举行指导,并举行再次
听写。
2. 针对高频语法考点及易错点做针对性的强化训练,再做准时
的点拨,讲练结合。在二轮复习之初,我们就要求教研组全部老师必
需要将近3年济宁中考试题仔细分析,对中考考点做到人人心里有数,
并且对高频考点尤其要重视。如:冠词的运用、动词时态、语态的考
查、非谓语动词的运用、宾语从句的语序准时态等等。另外在这一轮
让知识带有温度。

复习当中,备课组的教师天天都要举行集体备课,准时调节策略。这
样能够集中集体才智,群策群力,能拿出一些切实可行的计划来,也
能搜集到一些经典的题型,既省时又高效。?
3. 针对完型填空,阅读理解,动词运用,任务型阅读等能力题
举行限时特地操练,使同学达到一定的娴熟程度,提高同学的理解能
力,同时也提升做题速度与精确 度。
4. 重视听力训练与作文训练,每周四中午举行听力训练,精选
话题举行写作训练,精批精改,背诵范文,评练结合。
(三)第三轮复习:模拟训练阶段—模拟训练,提升能力。(2022
年5月中旬-下旬)
1. 利用《中考说明指导》后半部分的专项训练习题,继续对完
型,阅读,动词运用和任务型阅读等能力题举行提升训练和办法指导。
2. 优先处理《中考说明指导》里的四套中考模拟题,限时完成,
改后给同学举行讲解,分析各题型涉及的中考考点,使同学做到心中
有数。
3. 为避开同学在三轮模拟训练时对基础学问的忘记,我们穿插
利用《网控基础》这套资料,对各册学问举行二次重点梳理。即对每
册书的基础学问举行二次删减,保留重点,非面面俱到,而是重点难
点突出,同学完成各课时习题以查缺补漏。
4. 按照中考考点和要求设置综合性模拟试题,也搜罗各地市最
新的中考模拟题,对同学举行适应性的操练,进一步提高同学的答题
速度与精确 度。第二,对同学易做错的题,我们举行收拾,再
次以试题形式浮现,让考生举行二次训练,强化对学问的把握。同时,
在此阶段注意对考生举行心理培训和调整,提示同学在答题时应注重
的细节。
(四)考前辅导阶段 (5月最后一周-6月9日)

考前十多天,对同学举行学问辅导,再次细化复习迎考方案,精
选精讲试题,协助同学查漏补缺,指导同学复习和迎接考试的办法。
1. 完成2022-2022济宁市中考题汇编,谢谢十三中初四教研组对
我们的资源分享。
2. 继续举行写作训练,面批或当堂讲评,背诵中考范文精编,
背诵写作常用句。
3. 坚持天天早读做一套中考听力试题,保证同学做听力题的感
觉
4. 坚持限时中考题训练。
5.同时,举行考前注重事项提示。调节同学的生物钟,确保他们
以最佳状态参与中考考试。
三、落实教学常规,力争教学有效
常规措施是否具有科学性和可操作性,直接影响着学习效果。我
们在常规教学中,努力做到:
1. 分层布置作业
按照各类同学的不怜悯况,分层布置作业,如A层同学少量誊
写的作业,多练能力题。BC层同学优先保证基础学问的夯实。总之,
既要保证同学的学习质量和学习爱好,也要让同学充分重视作业,天
天准时查收作业,对不按时上交作业或作业质量差的同学举行教导。
2.重视学习效果检测
按照小学和年级的要求,英语组重视平常的阶段测试,按照复习
进度,紧密结合课程标准和中考试题,细心设计试题,力求考试的重

同时,听写环节几乎贯通了初四复习的每一天,我们天天将复习
的重点内容,举行听写,并按照听写状况适时调节教学内容和进度,

3.重视习题的收拾和利用
进入初四,我们就要求每个同学预备一本错题笔记,并准时催促
其收拾。让同学能顺手将学习中的困窘记录在案,不仅记录题目和答
案,而且注意思路的收拾和办法的总结。
4. 重视作文练习
我们按照教学实践,结合社会热点和单元话题,细心设计作文题
目,并且对作文举行细心批改,将优秀的句子或文章摘抄,统一印发
供同学参考。将个性的错误汇总,准时讲评,力争以点带面,训练综
合运用语言的能力。
5.重视同学的心理调整
毕业班时光紧,任务重,同学压力大,我们密切关注各类同学的
课堂表现和成果起伏,采纳面批,单独座谈,分层座谈等形式来了解
同学,关注同学,并通过表扬、嘉奖等方式使各类同学能保持正确的
学习态度,良好的学习状态,有足够的爱好和耐心来面向繁重的毕业
班英语学习。向来以来,我们对同学坚持严格管理又不失爱心爱惜,
实初的大部分孩子们都十分理解教师们的良苦专心,师生关系融洽,
协作默契!
四、加强教学讨论、共同提升
1.努力加强教学讨论,解决教学中浮现的问题
我们初四备课组针对教学工作中浮现的问题开展研讨课活动,发

从实处探讨并解决问题,提高教学质量。
2.集体备课,提升战争力
首先要求备课组根据"五个统一"举行教学工作,即"统一集体备
课,统一教学内容,统一教学进度,统一重点作业,统一过关测试"。
在此基础上倡导发挥个人教学长处,并形成各自的教学风格。我们严
格采取超周备课的集体备课方式,定时光定地点。特殊是中考习题复
习中,我们会集中探讨练习题的挑选是否恰当,既要照看优生,又要
顾全一般生。重点,难点,易错点、易混点如何突破。我们会反思同
学存在的问题,这促进了我们的课堂教学,备课、上课关注同学的学
情。对于同学常常出错的问题,我们常常思量同学为什么会出错怎样
避开这样的错误在集体教研的协助下,在反思中我们的教学长进了无
数。我们备课组最大的优点就是没有私心,任何资源均分享,好办法
好阅历均会毫无保留的说出,团队配合精神十分好。
总之,毕业班的复习千头万绪,复习办法也是仁者见仁,智者见
智,
我们的教学就是从关怀同学的成长入手,从细节动身,落实工作
常规,把最容易的事情做好。
