There exist barriers in the process of intercultural communication. One of barriers is that people take it for granted that all men are alike and thus judge those with different cultural background from the angle of their own culture. Conflicts arise once unexpectedness is founded. The other barriers is stereotype, which is closely connected with cognitive method of human beings and which, can hardly be avoided.
