土压平衡盾构机下穿流溪河施工技术摘要:土压平衡盾构机在复合地层过江河，在国内类似工程实例并不多见，盾构下穿江河施工的工程实例很多，但多为泥水盾构下穿江河施工，本工程复合地层条件下下穿190m宽较大江河，合理利用现有土压平衡盾构机，优化工艺，加强施工管理，取得很好的成效。
