风速及煤粉浓度测量(一)、一、二次风风速测量系统中速磨煤机正压直吹制粉系统对一、二次风量有严格要求。

风煤比的变化对炉膛燃烧的安全、经济性及磨煤机本身安全有较大影响。

磨煤机入口风量测量不准,造成自动投入困难。

在冷热风调节过程中,磨煤机入口风量不随调节档板按比例变化,因而难以掌握,甚至导致一次风量低磨煤机跳闸。

因此,磨煤机入口风量测量不准造成锅炉燃料主控无法投入自动控制,影响机组协调控制系统的正常投运。

因此对磨煤机入口风量测量的准确性已摆到十分重要的位置。

磨煤机入口风道直管段一般比较短,管道截面积上的流场很不均匀,有的部位有回流产生。

现电站锅炉大多采用回转式空气预热器,受热面元件上积灰被加热的热风带入一次道,当锅炉启、停炉时,冷、热态的变化所形成的水气与测风装置感压管路中的灰尘会形成硬块,很难清除。

而一般的差压式风量测量装置,对直管段要求高,加上对含尘气流的测量时,灰尘只进不出,造成感压管路堵塞,从而造成所测量的风量不准确。

一、风速测量原理:风量测量理想流体以速度ω在压力p的流场中正常流动,假定在某点滞止,则流体使该点压力升高,由伯努里方程推出气体流速;式中: ω=sprt(2kΔp/ρ) m/sρ-气体密度. Kg/m3Δp-气体流动过程中产全的压差.paρ-气流静压:ω-气流密度:Q=3600AωρQ:流量 m3/h由于流体滞止状态只是一种假定的理想状况,在实际流速.流量测量中一般通过固定装置采取节流.选点法测量压差Δp’,通过理论和试验方法得到该压差与Δp的关系,一般用修正系数K表示.K=Δp/Δp’。

K-流速修正系数选用南京达凯电力自动化设备有限公司生产的双喉径文丘里风速测量管、它是利用气流在文丘里管喉部流速增加,静压降低的原理制成的。

在文丘里管内再装设一个小文丘里管,使内文丘里管出口置于外文丘里管的喉部,则在内文丘里管喉部测量的静压将更低,从而获得更大的压差,在测量管上部设有集尘缓冲装置,动压头采用大口径取样,管径内壁光滑。

ZRQF-F30J 型热球风速仪标准操作规程一、目的:规范ZRQF-F30J 型热球风速仪操作规程的操作规程,正确使用仪器,保证检测工作顺利进行、操作人员人身安全和设备安全。

二、范围:适用于ZRQF-F30J 型热球风速仪的操作。

三、职责:3.1 操作人员:严格按本操作规程使用仪器,确保本设备的安全,正常运行,作好使用登记;定期参与仪器的期间核查,做好记录。

3.2 管理人员:负责监督仪器操作是否符合规程,对设备进行日常管理和定期维护,作好记录;当设备出现无法排除的故障时,应作好记录,并及时向检测室负责人汇报,联系维修;定期参与仪器的期间核查,做好记录。

3.3 检测室负责人:监督设备的安全正常运行,配合质控科组织的每年设备校准/检定工作;监督设备的期间核查。

四、 操作步骤该热球风速计为即测即显型仪表,显示屏及时跟踪、显示被测风速的变化,数值1秒刷新一次;并且检测电池的电压,如果电池的电压不足,液晶屏左上角的电池电量标识将不停的闪烁,提醒用户及时更换电池。

图1该机按键共有4个,分别为Φ/B、H、▲、▼键。

Φ/B键为开关机/背光键,用来开/关机器。

在即测即显方式下按H键后,显示的风速值将保持不变;在保持状态下,按一下H键可重新回到风速测量的即测即显模式。

▲、▼键用来选择风速测量的单位(m/s、Km/hr)。

当用户选择好一种测量单位后,测量值会显示相应的风速的换算值。

五、使用注意事项5.1 在风速测量中,必须使探头上的敏感元件对准来风方向。

5.2 仪表自出厂之日起,一年内如因制造不良而工作不正常,制造厂负责免费更换或修理其损坏的零部件(敏感元件损坏除外)。

5.3 为保证仪表测量的准确性,用户应每年在计量部门认可的专用设备上进行校准。

如当地不具备条件也可由本厂代为进行。

5.4 本厂在生产和销售的过程中,如遇型式、包装、规格等方面的改变,恕不另行通知。

六、故障现象及处理方法6.1 如果敏感元件──热球被尘垢污染,关机状态下拔下探头帽,将探头放入无水乙醇中轻轻摆动清除圬垢,必要时可使用超声波清洗器,切不可用毛刷刷洗,或使其它物品触及热球及引线,以避免损坏热球或使其改变位置,影响测量的准确性。

Standard and Heated Models
The sensor operates with a power supply of 9 ... 36 VDC. For the heated model, an additional heating power supply of 24 ... 36 VDC is required. Thermostatically controlled heaters in the transducer heads and arms of the heated model prevent build-up of freezing rain or snow. Also, sensor body heating is available.
