How to Remember What You Read

Reading is important.But the next step is making sure that you remember what you’ve read! 1 You may have just read the text,but the ideas,concepts and

●become moody,negative,bad-tempered,or worried all the time

●ask to be left alone a lot

●sleep a lot (maybe even in class)

●get in fights

5 This could be a parent,other relative,teacher,coach,or school counselor.The person might need profession al help to stop using drugs.A grown-up can help the person find the treatment needed to stop using drugs.Another way kids can help kids
