复述的分类
对于中国高校英语专业的学生来说，口译复述练 习共有以下四种方式： （1）汉语———汉语，即听汉语说汉语； （2）英语———英语，即听英语说英语； （3）英语———汉语，即听英语说汉语； （4）汉语———英语，即听汉语说英语. 其中（1）、（2）又称为源语复述，（3）（4 ）又称为异语复述.
方法2： 单语同声复述（同声传译）
一边听，一边讲。这种针对同步口译的 训练方式难度较高。请一个人用母语讲话， 练习者跟着讲。第一遍用母语，第二遍用外 语。 也可以利用电视、录放影机和收录音机 作为练习工具。将电视节目录下来，从电视 画面中学习。好处是可以在同一段时间内重 复练习同一段话，来检视自己有否进步，可 以藉由这些练习来去除同步口译时的紧张。

方法3： 延迟(Delay)的单语复述
先请一个人用母语讲话，稍停一下，先停三秒钟 ，再去复述前者讲过的话。第二次以后再慢慢增加 到五秒、十秒。目的在训练各种不同的延迟时间里 ，搜索自己记忆力能应付的能量有多少，这种训练 为的是考验及帮助我们记忆力的成长。 平常训练的时候，如果能把时间拉长，就可以让 我们在记忆力消退的情况下，更专心地记这些句子 。因为延迟时间之后再覆诵别人的话，这时头脑必 须要比平常更专心，才能记住你已经耽搁了五秒、 十秒以后的话语。这个方法的最终目的是希望我们 用母语及外语都能以延迟的方式来增强记忆上的磨 练。
