Cable Assembly InstructionsStep 1 - If applicable determine which portion of seal sleeve should be used. If Seal 2 is used, cut off Seal 1 portion.Step 2 - In sequence, place seal sleeve, support bushing and crimp ring over cable jacket. Step 3 - Trim cable per illustration.Step 4 - Comb out braid and flare out ends to permit entry of ferrule.Step 5 - Complete termination per illustration.5. To extract coaxial, push back seal sleeve and support bushing. Slip cable into extraction tool Push tool into insert until contacts coaxial retain- ing shoulder. Grip both cable and tool with one hand and pull coaxial rearward out of insert cavity.6. To facilitate extraction of contacts, the length of free cable adjacent to the rear surface of the connector should not be less than 2.000 (50.80).Polarization PositionsMIL-C-81659B requires that polarizing post beshipped unassembled with the connector. The user then assembles the post in the preferred position and marks the position number on the connector. All DPXNA and DPXNE connectors shall be sold this way. The position number will not be marked.The last two digits in the four-digit dash number refer to the polarizing post position. The polarizing posts will be shipped unassembled with the connectorassembly. The position number is not stamped on the connector. 第一章血液透析机概述及影响因素第一节血液透析机概述及进期发展(1)(2)1.1血液透析机工作原理及组成(1)血液透析是一种血液净化疗法,它替代了正常肾脏的部分排泄功能,是抢救急、慢性肾功能衰竭的最有效的措施之一。
血液透析机可以帮助病人度过逆性尿毒症危险期,维持终末期尿毒症患者的生命,或为肾移植做准备。
现代的血液透析还被拓展用于药物中毒、戒毒、心力衰竭等各系统疾患中。
利用半渗透膜两侧溶质浓度差,经渗透、弥散与超滤作用,达到清除代谢产物及毒性物质,纠正水、电解质紊乱以达到治疗的目的。
血液透析机主要是用于慢性肾功能衰竭患者维持生命的治疗设备,也是急性肾功能衰竭、高血容量引起的急性左心衰和肺水肿、重度药物和药物中毒等必须的急救医疗设备。
它是集计算机、电子、机械、流体力学、生物化学、光学、声学等于一体的体外循环系统。
1.1.1液透析机的组成及原理在血液透析过程中,病人的血液是通过透析器在体外进行循环的。
透析器有两个一块薄膜分离开的内室,其中的一个注入血液,另一个注人透析液。
其中薄膜是半透明的,只能让水分和特定的大小溶质通过,而体外环境是受血液透析机的监控,血液也同时配置透析液。
当治疗病人开始时,病人的血液含有多余的液体和废物,为了清除多余的液体,便需要利用透析器中的薄膜两边的压力梯度,这个梯度促使水分通过超滤过程离开血液穿过薄膜进人透析液,在整个治疗过程中,超滤出来的液体容量应该与多余的液体量相符,这样即可以使血容量得到调整,而血液中的废物也被清除;超滤及溶质清除一般是同时进行的。
血液透析机在治疗病人时,血液的动脉端经血泵驱动引出,经肝素泵缓慢推注肝素持续抗凝,血路部分直接对体外循环的血液进行监控。
在透析的过程中主机的监护系统进行实时监测静脉压、透析液压力、温度、漏血、液位、气泡等的变化,当发生异常情况,即发出声光报警并停止血泵工作。
血液透析机装置主要由血液透析机、透析器、水处理和辅助装置组成。
它实现了肾脏功能替代,通过把体外遁环路径与患者的循环系统相连来完成的。

6.0 PROCEDURE *** 程序*** After testing the material with any of the following methods, the paint film shall exhibit no detrimental effects such as appreciable softening, swelling, loss of adhesion. 使用下列任何方法对材料进行实验后,漆膜无有害缺陷,例如可见的软化、隆起、附着力的丢失。
Method A - Hot Immersion Test 方法A—热浸泡实验 1. Immerse the painted test panel so that 75% of the panel is submerged in the test fluid. Test should be run at 180 degrees F (82 degrees C). 浸泡涂装过的实验板,使75%的面板都被实验溶液淹没。实验温度180°F(82℃) 2. This should be done in a sealed container if the test fluid is highly volatile. CAUTION: Do not heat flammable materials with an open flame. 如果实验容易容易挥发,这要在密封的容器中进行。注意:不要用明火加热易燃材料。 3. Length of submersion time is as specified in the applicable Material Standard. Method B - Spot Test 点滴实验 1. Prepare 3 pair of scribed panels labeled 5, 18, and 24 hours. Each scribe consists of a one inch X through all coatings and into the substrate of the sample. 准备3对划痕面板,贴上5,18和24小时的标签。每个划痕包括一个一英寸的穿透所有涂层至样品基底的X痕。 2. 3/9 4. Rewipe any residue from the panel, with a dry or wet cloth, prior to storage. 贮存前,用湿布或干布重新擦拭实验板上的任何残留物。
Method C - Dip Test 浸入实验 This method should be used only with volatile liquids. For water test only - use water at 100 degrees C (212 F). 该方法应仅用于挥发性液体。仅对于水实验—使用100℃的水(212F) 1. Scribe the center of a painted panel. The scribe consists of a one inch X through all coatings, into substrate. 在涂装板的中心划痕。划痕是一英寸的透过所有涂层至基底的X。 2.
