戒烟限酒健康人生我的外公,年近八旬,几十年来养成了不良习惯,那就是烟酒成瘾,过去在田间劳作,一有空闲,抽烟是免不了的,刚开始是“水烟”,“噗噗噗”之声整日不绝,后来改吸香烟,什么“劳动牌、勇士牌、飞马牌”如数家珍,近年来也开始“红双喜”了,每天至少两包。
至于老酒,那更是三顿不离口,且嗜好白酒,年轻时每天一斤白酒不在话下。
如今,老家拆迁了,外公也到了颐养天年的年纪,又无事可做,于是,除了打打小麻将,抽烟喝酒自然是最大的爱好了。
外婆苦口婆心地劝阻已经不起作用,小辈们有时也说上几句,当然是当作耳边风的,甚至还要抢白说:我又不花你们的钱,香烟老酒的钱是国家给我的。
那一天,母亲打电话来,说:外公住院了,你抽空去看看吧。
晚上,我来到医院,还未进病房,就听见一阵“咳咳咳”的剧烈咳嗽声,走进病房,只见外公斜倚在病床上,面色晄白,喘着粗气,已不见了往日的精神,母亲告诉我,外公的病是慢性支气管炎引起的肺气肿,而且程度不轻,每年都要住院,这次越发严重,CT片显示已是肺间质纤维化,因此造成呼吸困难,医生找家属谈话了,毛病很重呢。
看着外公难受的样子,我赶紧说:外公啊,这回该戒烟了吧,再抽下去,你的肺真的要坏了。
外公艰难地坐了起来,一个劲地点头,是的,是的,出院后我一定戒烟。
