1、砌砖工程施工保证砖砌体施工质量的措施 1)确保原材料的质量是前提，所有砖必须有质保书，并进行复试，满足设计强度时方可使用； 2)砖墙砌筑前必须提前将砖浇水湿润；与框架柱交接处，必须将框架柱上的预埋钢筋全部剔出，砌在墙砖缝中；与框架梁交接处，注意采用斜砖侧砌顶牢。砌砖工程施工一、材料 1、砖：砖的品种、强度等级必须符合设计要求，并应规格一致有出厂合格证明及试验单； 2、水泥品种与标号应根据砌体部位及所处环境选择，一般采用普通硅酸盐水泥或矿渣硅酸盐水泥；应有出厂合格证明和试验报告方可使用；不同品种的水泥不得混合使用。 3、砂：宜采用中砂。配制水泥砂浆或水泥混合砂浆的强度等级等于或大于M5时，砂的含泥量不应超过5％。砂浆强度等级小于M5时，砂的含泥量不应超过10％。 4、水：应采用不含有害物质的洁净水。 5、掺合料 A、石灰膏：熟化时间不少于7天，严禁使用脱水硬化的石灰膏。 B、其他掺合料：电石膏、粉煤灰等掺量应经试验室试验决定。 6、其他材料：拉结钢筋、预埋件、木砖、防水粉等均应符合设计要求。

二、操作工艺 1、拌制砂浆：砂浆采用机械拌合，手推车上料，磅称计量。材料运输主要采用井字架作垂直运输，人工手推车作水平运输 (1)、根据试验提供的砂浆配合比进行配料称量，水泥配料精确度控制在2％以内；砂、石灰膏等配料精确度控制在±5％以内。 (2)、砂浆应采用机械拌合，投料顺序应先投砂、水泥、掺合料后加水。拌和时间自投料完毕算起，不得少于1.5min。 (3)、砂浆应随拌随用，水泥砂浆和水泥混合砂浆必须分别在拌成后3小时和4 个时内使用完毕。 2、组砌方法 (1)、砖墙砌筑应上下错缝，内外搭砌，灰缝平直，砂浆饱满，水平灰缝厚度和竖向灰缝宽度一般为10mm，但不应小于8mm，也不应大于12mm。 (2)、砖墙的转角处和交接处应同时砌筑，均应错缝搭接，所有填充墙在互相连接、转角处及与混凝土墙连接处均应沿墙高设置通长拉结筋。对不能同时砌筑而又必须留搓时，应砌成斜搓。如临时间断处留斜搓确有困难时，除转角处外，也可留直搓，但必须做成阳搓，并加设拉结筋，拉结筋的数量按每12cm墙厚原放置一根直径6mm的钢筋，间距沿墙高不得超过50cm，埋入长度从墙的留搓处算起，每边均不应小于50cm，未端应有90°弯钩。 (3)、隔墙和填充墙的顶面与上部结构接触处用侧砖或立砖斜砌挤紧。 3、砖墙砌筑施工顺序：弹划平面线→检查柱、墙上的预留连结筋，遗留的必须补齐→砌筑→安装或现浇门窗过梁→顶部砌体。 (1)、排砖撂底：一般外墙第一皮砖撂底时，横墙应排丁砖，前后纵墙应排顺砖。根据已弹出的窗门洞位置墨线，核对门窗间墙、附墙柱（垛）的长度尺寸是否符合排砖模，如若不合模数时，则要考虑好砍砖及排放的计划。所砍的砖或丁砖应排在窗口中间、附墙柱（垛）旁或其他不明显的部位。
