摘要

本文所研究和设计的制造企业技术文档管理系统，是根据当前我国国内制造业行业发展的需求，吸取国外成功应用的经验，在经过充分的对制造业行业情况的调查研究和分析，设计了这个管理系统，其中主要包括技术专利子窗口，技术标准子窗口，文献子窗口，通过对这三部分信息的有效管理，从而为各制造业组织在技术发展和革新方面提供更快更新的信息，使之能及时改进生产线，跟进生产标准，提高生产效率，并迅速提升组织管理层的管理效率。《文档管理毕业设计》是采用VISAUL BASIC6.0开发的一个数据库管理毕业设计｡本设计说明书主要讲述了VISAUL BASIC6.0的基本功能及设计方法｡紧接着以本毕业设计为例,逐一介绍开发本毕业设计毕业设计的步骤:毕业设计分析､毕业设计设计､毕业设计实现､毕业设计维护｡在毕业设计分析中先后用

数据流图､数据字典､毕业设计的功能结构图分析了毕业设计所需的各种数据｡在毕业设计的设计中,详细的展现了毕业设计的各个功能模块｡所需的数据库表及表字段｡菜单的设计等｡在毕业设计的实现中,给出了实现表单中相应的功能控件的事件及代码｡以及菜单实现的方法｡文章的最后则给出了本毕业设计的主要功能源代码｡

Abstract

This paper which we research and design the manufacturing technology document management system is according to the current development needs of our domestic manufacturing industries and learning the experiences of success abroad.After full investigation of the manufacturing industry research and analysis,we develop this management system,included mainly a technical patent child-window,a technical standard child-window,a literature

In the realization of the system, provide and realize the incidents and codes of the corresponding function controlling part among forms. And the method that the menu realize. Provide the main function source code of this system at the end of the article. This system has data entry , the data are stored, file inquiry, such functions as the report form is typed, the interactive interface friendship of the system.
