The second is from the national government, which is trying to standardize the employment market. Thus arises a question: Is Certificate Rush a good thing or not? Obviously it is, but some trouble is brought about. The most serous “headache” is that more and more false certificates are being used as true ones, and the management has no effective way to stop this. High-tech is employed to detect the deceit, but the false certificates have not died out. Here, we appeal to the government fro stricter cracking down (更加严厉的手段). Hence parents and young people must realize the necessity to learn how to understand each other and develop skills in communication---speaking and listening.
