⏹用途危险●本系列调速器用于控制三相电动机的变速运行,不能用于单相电动机或其它用途,否则可能引起调速器故障或火灾。
●本系列调速器不能简单地应用于医疗装置等直接与人身安全有关的场合。
●本系列调速器是在严格的质量管理体系下生产的,如果调速器的故障可能会导致重大事故或损失,则需要设置冗余或旁路等安全措施,以防万一。
⏹到货检验注意●若发现调速器受损或缺少零部件则不可安装,否则可能发生事故。
⏹安装注意●搬运、安装时,请托住产品底部,不能只拿住外壳,以防砸伤脚或摔坏调速器。
●调速器要安装于金属等阻燃物上,远离易燃物体,远离热源。
●安装作业时切勿将钻孔残余物落入调速器内部,否则可能引起调速器故障。
●调速器安装于柜内时,电控柜应配置风扇、通风口,柜内应构建有利于散热的风道。
⏹接线危险●必须由合格的电气工程人员进行接线工作,否则有触电或损坏调速器的危险。
●接线前需确认电源处于断开状态,否则可能有触电或火灾的危险。
●接地端子PE要可靠接地,否则调速器外壳有带电的危险。
●请勿触摸主回路端子,调速器主回路端子接线不要与外壳接触,否则有触电的危险。
●制动电阻器的连接端子是⊕2/B1、B2。
请勿连接除此以外的端子,否则可能引起火灾。
●调速器整机的漏电流大于3.5mA,漏电流的具体数值由使用条件决定,为保证安全,调速器和电机必须接地。
⏹接线注意●三相电源不能接到输出端子U/T1、V/T2、W/T3,否则将造成调速器损坏。
●绝对禁止在调速器的输出端连接电容或相位超前的LC/RC噪声滤波器,否则将导致调速器内部器件损坏。
●请确认电源相数、额定电压是否与产品的铭牌相符,否则可能造成调速器损坏。
●不能对调速器进行耐压测试,否则可能造成调速器损坏。
●调速器的主回路端子配线和控制回路端子配线应分开布线或垂直交叉,否则将造成控制信号受干扰。

If an electrical accident occurs, you can then quickly remove power from the system.•Do not work alone when working with high voltage components.•Power should always be disconnected from the blade module when removing or installing such system components as the mainboard, memory modules and processors.•When working around exposed electrical circuits, another person who is familiar with the power-off controls should be nearby to switch off the power if necessary.•Use only one hand when working with powered-on electrical equipment. This is to avoid making a complete circuit, which will cause electrical shock. Use extreme caution when using metal tools, which can easily damage any electrical components or circuit boards they come into contact with.•Do not use mats designed to decrease electrostatic discharge as protection from electrical shock. WARNING: There is a danger of explosion if the onboard battery is installed upside down, which will reverse its polarities.SC743 Air Shroud User’s Guide2-2General Safety PrecautionsFollow these rules to ensure general safety:•Keep the area around the server clean and free of clutter.•Place the blade module cover and any system components that have been removed away from the system or on a table so that they won't accidentally be stepped on.•While working on the system, do not wear loose clothing such as neckties and unbuttoned shirt sleeves, which can come into contact with electrical circuits or bepulled into a cooling fan.•Remove any jewelry or metal objects from your body, which are excellent metal conductors that can create short circuits and harm you if they come into contact with printed circuit boards or areas where power is present.•After accessing the inside of the system, replace the blade module's cover before installing it back into the blade enclosure.2-3Electrostatic Discharge PrecautionsElectrostatic discharge (ESD) is generated by two objects with different electricalcharges coming into contact with each other. An electrical discharge is created toneutralize this difference, which can damage electronic components and printed circuit boards.The following measures are generally sufficient to neutralize this difference beforecontact is made to protect your equipment from ESD:•Use a grounded wrist strap designed to prevent static discharge.•Keep all components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) in their antistatic bags until ready for use.•Touch a grounded metal object before removing the board from the antistatic bag.•Do not let components or PCBs come into contact with your clothing, which may retain a charge even if you are wearing a wrist strap.•Handle a board by its edges only; do not touch its components, peripheral chips, memory modules or contacts.•When handling chips or modules, avoid touching their pins.•Put the mainboard and peripherals back into their antistatic bags when not in use.•For grounding purposes, make sure the blade enclosure provides excellent conductivity between the power supplies, the blade modules and the mainboard.2-4Operating PrecautionsCare must be taken to assure that the cover of the blade unit is in place when the blade is operating to assure proper cooling. Out of warranty damage to the blade can occur if this practice is not strictly followed.Any drive carrier without a hard drive installed must remain fully installed in the drive bay when the blade module is operating to ensure proper airflow.Chapter 3Configuration and Installation3-1OverviewThis chapter covers the configuration and installation of the SC743 air shroud into a server or into a chassis. This procedure is the same for all configurations of the SC743 air shroud in 4U systems.Installing the SC743 Air Shroud in SC743 Chassis Systems1.Configure the air shroud to fit in your system. See Section3-4 for details onconfiguring the air shroud.2.Secure the rear edge of the SC743 air shroud to the top-rear part of the chassisinterior so that the SC743 mounting screw holes are aligned in with the mountingscrew holes of the chassis, and align so that the slot of air shroud’s front mountswith the mounting tab at the top-front part of the chassis interior (see Figure3-7).Figure 3-7.
