本节课是谈论4个动物身上的令人惊奇的现象，其中长颈鹿在Unit4中，我们就已经谈论过，话题是学生感兴趣的内容，听读难度系数不大，但描述出来有点难！由于Speak up与Welcome to the unit的对话相似，我就调整教材，以第一课时的对话导入Speak up，之后再完成听力。兴趣是最好的老师，本节课学生明显比前几节课活跃得多。学生在每一环节都有事可做，任务完成得很轻松。在最后的讨论竞赛环节，人人争着为小组得分。其中一小组列举了14个令人惊奇的事物！我觉得在课堂上，只要我们提供机会给学生，学生就一定会乐在其中！
