2016年兰州中考英语说明Ⅰ.命题依据以《全日制义务教育英语课程标准（2011年版）》为依据。
Ⅱ.考试范围以九年级内容为主，兼顾七、八年级内容。
Ⅲ.考试形式、答卷时间与试卷结构考试形式：闭卷笔答；答卷时间：120分钟；卷面分值：150分，其中听力测试占25分。
试题类型：听力理解、单项选择、完形填空、阅读理解、任务型完形填空、任务型阅读理解、用所给词的适当形式填空、根据汉语提示完成句子、口语交际和书面表达。
试题结构及比例：选择题90分，占60%；非选择题60分，约占40%。
Ⅳ.考试能力要求：考试分识记、理解和运用三个层次要求。
识记：考查学生能否记忆所学基础知识以及其它各项内容。
理解：考查学生对所学基础知识的初步领会及模仿、套用。
能理解所学词汇的基本意义，理解单词在句中的含义。
辨明兼类词和多义词在句中的不同含义。
在所学知识范围内能用不同方式表达同一概念。
能读懂相当于课文难度的文章，能掌握所学基本句型。
运用：能对所学基础知识进行灵活运用，并能根据上下文需要完成简短对话。
能阅读生词量不超过百分之三、难度相当于课文的阅读材料，能运用所学语法、句型、词汇进行造句和简单书面表达。
Ⅴ.考试内容一、语言知识(一)语音：语音的考查主要渗透在听力部分。
包括发音、重音、连读、语调、节奏等；通过重音和语调的变化表达不同的意见和态度以及根据读音规则和音标拼读单词等。
(二)词汇：考查《课程标准》五级目标要求掌握的1500-1600个左右的单词和200-300个习惯用语或固定搭配的基本含义以及在特定语境中的意义和用法。
(三)语法：考查《课程标准》五级目标所要求掌握的语法项目以及常用语言形式的基本结构和表意功能。
(四)功能：考查对《课程标准》五级所列功能意念的语言表达形式的恰当理解和运用。
(五)话题：围绕《课程标准》五级所列话题恰当理解与运用相关的语言表达形式。
二、语言技能(一)听力1.能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图；2.能听懂有关熟悉话题的谈话，并从中提取信息和观点；3.能借助语境克服生词障碍、理解大意；4.能听懂接近正常语速的故事和记叙文，理解故事的因果关系；5.能在听的过程中用适当方式做出反应；6.能针对所听语段的内容记录简单信息。
