毕业设计(论文)的主要内容及要求:

本项目为南京恒信广场建筑、结构设计。

建筑总层数为6层左右,总高度控制在28m 以下,总建筑面积大约为5600m2。根据具体情况编写建筑设计构想与说明。

建筑平面设计要考虑使用功能的特点;立面设计要体现现代化建筑风格,色彩简洁明快。

结构设计与计算内容包括:荷载计算;计算简图、内力分析、内力组合及变形验算;梁、板、柱截面设计及构造措施;基础设计;楼梯设计;其它构件设计。

图纸内容包括:

建筑部分:建筑设计说明、平面图、立面图、剖面图、楼梯详图、建筑节点详图;

结构部分:结构设计说明、基础平面布置图和基础配筋详图、结构平面布置及部分结构节点构造详图;梁、板、柱配筋图及构造详图;楼梯结构布置及配筋详图。

论文设计说明书包括任务书、中、外文摘要、目录、文献综述、建筑设计说明书、结构设计计算书等内容。

摘要

本毕业设计的课题是南京恒信广场建筑、结构设计,主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,总长度为50.4m,总宽度为18m, 总高度为21.3m,总建筑面积为5443m2,共六层,底层为3.9米,其余层层高均为3.3米。

本设计中选取一榀主框架以及楼面及屋面板进行截面设计及配筋计算。首先根据框架布局确定各构件尺寸,进行恒载、活载及风荷载的统计。然后采用分层法进行竖向荷载作用下的结构内力计算,水平荷载采用D值法进行计算。之后进行内力组合分析,找出最不利的一组内力,进行构件计算。楼板采用弹性理论设计,并进行柱下独立基础的配筋设计。除此之外,还进行了楼梯的设计计算。最后,根据计算结果,按照相应的构造要求,绘制了结构施工图,并写出了相应的设计说明。

本设计的特点之一,运用了大学四年所学过的很多理论,计算中多种计算方法得到体现,如D值法,弯矩分配法,分层法等,使自己掌握了多方面的知识。

Abstract

The subject of this graduation project is the Building Design of Nanjing Hengxin square,and the form of the base structure of this building is frame structure of cast-in-place concrete,with the total length of 50.4m,with the total wedth of 18m,with the total height of 21.3m,and with the total built-up area of 5443m2.The building has six stories and the height of bottom layer are 3.9m and other layers are 3.3m.

One lateral frame and slab was selected and calculated.First,depth and width of sections were determined,and dead load ,live load,wind load were determined.Then the internal forces of the structure under vertical load were calculated.The D-method was used for caculating the wind load.After the combination of internal forces,the most unfavorable combination of internal forces was identified.Then the necessary reinforcement in beams and columns was determined.The elastic theory was used for calculating slab.In addition,the single-foundation and combined foundation were designed.The stairway and canopy were also designed.Finally according to the calculated results and detail, blueprints of the structure had been completed.

The advantage in this design was that many theories studied in university in four years was used.The many kinds of computational methods was manifested in the computation,like D-method,the moment assignment-method,delamination and so on,so which caused myself to grasp the various knowledge.
