(一)海外项目人才需求情况调研
人力资源部门根据公司人才储备计划进行总体规划,并对英语需
求部门进行整体规划,以便确定:
1、公司整体培训规模
2、项目培训周期:短期、中期、长期的规划
3、人才培养步骤,原则上来说需根据海外项目人才需要的紧急程
度,优先安排培训,但也要注意培训部门人员的均衡。
(二)公司培训人员英语需求调研
针对公司后期即将参训的学员进行内部调研,调研主要从:
1、海外项目参与情况
2、海外英语使用场景
3、当前英语学习情况
4、目前英语使用面临主要的障碍
5、英语每周可投入的学习时间等。
说明:如企业无相关的调研体系,可借助外方专业培训机构。
(三)公司内部培训计划形成
人力资源部门根据调研情况,形成公司国际化人才培养计划,计
划应至少包括:
1、培训目标
2、培训人群
3、培训周期
4、培训预算
5、培训形式等方面内容。
培训计划形成后,上报公司批复。
02英语培训供应商选择
(一)培训需求明确
根据培训计划,梳理、明确培训需求,确定后,人力资源部门进
行供应商筛选。
(二)企业英语培训供应商选择
人力资源部门根据培训计划、需求选择契合的供应商,选择供应
商时应综合考虑供应商的:
1、企业培训经验
2、培训课程是否满足公司需求
3、是否有完善的质量保障体系
(三)确定供应商,并签订合同

03英语培训项目实施计划制定
(一)培训课程设计
根据企业学员使用场景、当前英语学习习惯、英语水平设计培训

每月定期与培训公司组织一次项目碰头会议,会议主要内容包括:

2、项目后期实施建议
3、重点事项沟通等。
05培训项目验收
(一)培训结束后,培训公司应至少提供以下文件:
1、学员培训整体表现
2、学员考核报告
3、项目服务完成报告
4、学习认证证书
5、培训音视频、照片资料等。
(二)项目总结会议,为下一年培训提供参考依据。
(三)公司年对培训总结书写。
