七. 学员必须按时认真完成作业。

无正当理由不做作业者师有,要接受老师批评。

屡教不改者,教权拒绝为其批改作业。

八?学员之间要团结友爱,互相帮助,互相谅解。

学员之间严禁出现吵架、斗殴或其它不友好行为。

有恶劣行径者,开除出校,学费不退。

九?学员必须爱护公物。

损坏校内花草树木和公共设施者,照价赔偿;报纸杂志阅读后应放回原处;损坏或遗失公物,照价赔偿。

十?教室内空调由班主任统一开关,彩电和VCD由上课老师负责开关,未经允许,禁止学员开关。

节约水电,养成人走灯熄、随手关水的习惯。

十一■.家长须知:1、安全第一,配合中心做好学生的安全教育工作。

上下课应由家长或专人接送,其间安全自己负责。

2. 新员工在办理入职手续后,由主管带领去领取办公用品。

日常惩罚1. 有下列行为之一者,视情节严重性,给予10-100元的惩罚A、在规定场合未按要求着装,佩带工作牌。

B、随意串岗聊天;C、开会时手机铃声随意响起并接听者;D、工作时间上网聊天或打游戏;E、下班后办公室门窗,电灯,电脑,电源,饮水机未关闭;F、损坏公司财产;G、剽窃他人的客户资料。

H、随意向客户做公司不可能实现的承诺。

I、不按时对所跟踪服务的客户进行回访。

2.有下列行为之一者,视情节严重性,给予降薪,降职,或开除A、故意损坏公司形象,恶意中伤领导及员工者;B、在职场内打架生事者;C、向竞争对手或他人泄露公司机密,重要资料。

百师达英语教育教师制度——教师培训、入职、转正、离职一、教师培训:1.新教师入职前需经教学部培训老师对其DOME课及上课流程进行培训。

2.新教师DOME课培训合格后,与公司签定聘用合同,进入为期2个月试用期.3.试用期内,首先需到业务部进行1至2周的实习。

4.新教师在业务部实习期间需锻炼与家长沟通的技巧及DOME课实际演练。

5.新教师在实习期满,经业务部及教学部考核通过后正式进入教学部。

二、教师入职:1. 新教师入职时应持相关资料复印件及原件到教学主管处办理入职手续。

2. 提交入职申请表,并需交1寸照片2张,身份证复印件1张,由公司统一发放工号牌,办公用品等。

3. 到主管处签合同,一式两份,自留一份,入职期从合同签定之日算起。

4. 新教师入职后试用期为2个月。

三.教师转正1. 2个月后转为正式教师,由教研组长填写转正申请由主管教师签字交行政部计算薪水。

2. 新教师如在试用期工作不合格,不符合正式教师标准,试用期将顺延或辞退。

3. 新教师如在试用期内,各方面表现十分优异,可申请提前转为正式教师。

4. 新教师试用期满,经教学部主管考核合格后,转为正式教师。

5. 转正考核要求:A、家长对教师上课情况的评价。

B、问题解析,包括家长问题。

C.对工作的认同感及学习态度,创新能力和表现力。

四.教师离职1. 教师合同期满正常离职,校方将提前一个月通知教师,教师决定是否与学校继续签定合同。

2. 合同期内教师如无正当理由不得离职,如教师在无正当理由的情况下离职,须向公司支付二个月的基本工资作为违约金补偿。

3、教师如因特殊原因必须离开方可提请离职,离职须提前一个月提出书面申请,经批准后办理离职前交接工作。

4. 教师离职前工作交接:A、与新带班教师做好教学情况、学生情况交接。

B、与新带班老师共同上课至少3次,做好交接。

C、教材及教学用具完整归还。

5. 教师工作交接完毕,持离职表到行政部完善离职手续后方可离职。

教师考勤作息时间(平时):周一至周五下午2:00-7:30,周六(日)上午8:30—12:00,下午1:50—6:00.注:晚辅:各班学生作业检查完后,做好复习以及预习任务后,方可离开。

作息时间(寒假):周一至周六:上午8:30-12:00, 下午1:50-5:30.作息时间(暑假):周一至周六:上午8:15-12:00, 下午1:50-6:00.休息时间:1、平时:周一至周四上午休息,周末调休一天;2、寒假:中途休息1-2天。

3、暑假:每周周日休息一天。

4、法定假日:元旦休息一天;清明休息1天;五一休息1天;端午休息1天;中秋休息2天;国庆休息4天。

(休假及上班时间遇到特殊情况可变动)1、员工每日须准时到办公室,并到行政部签到,不得请他人代签,如有发现双向罚款,每人20元。

1、迟到、早退3分钟以上:罚款1元/分钟(超过半小时2元/分钟)。

超过3个小时无故未到者按旷工情况处理。

2、旷工:教师无故旷工当月扣除100元,如无故旷工三次,立即开除,并追究相关责任,赔偿相应损失。

3、上课期间迟到,第一次扣除10元,第二次扣除20元,第三次扣除30元,以此类推(月计)。

无故不去上课者,并无通知学生家长,将开除。

4、事假:须提前一天详细填写事假条,经主管批准后,扣发当日基本工资,无批准的将按旷工处理(婚假,产假按国家相关规定执行)。

5、病假:必须持医生准假证明,病假可累积,但不可累计到第二年。

6、如教师病假休完还需休假,以后每日按事假标准处理(必需持有医生证明)二、请假流程1、病假,持病历及医院证明,交部门主管,由各部自行安排工作,并记入考勤登记簿。

2、事假,由本人写请假条经批准后交部门主管,由各部门自行安排工作,在并记入考勤登记簿。

3、如有临时请假,教师须在工作开展前半个小时向主管请假,并在事后第一时间内把假条交给部门主管,否则按旷工处理(特殊情况除外)。

4、调休或补休:当事人须提前提交申请,交由主管签字,报备行政部。

三、考勤范围及办法。

1、作息考勤包括上、下班迟到,早退和上班时间内中途外出,由部门负责人登记。

2、岗位责任考勤包括上课期间,坐班期间,户外教学,教研活动,各种会议,学校,学生的集体活动。

3、上课期间的迟到,早退,旷工由行政部负责考勤。

教学部教研活动或学生活动由主管考勤。

4、教师必须提前十分钟进入教室,备好教具、教材,准备上课。

5、各种考勤登记,每月15日由行政统计按规定发放全勤奖。

教师办公用品领取1. 每周由教研组长统一填写本周所需办公用品申请报告,交由主管审核,批准签字后由教研组长到行政部统一领取。

2. 新教师在办理入职手续后,由教研组长带领去领取办公用品。

教师薪资每月薪资组成:基本工资+岗位工资+安全奖+教学考核+课时工资+招生提成+餐补+招生话补+全勤奖+社保补贴==标准工资一、标准薪资:1. 试用期前2个月按照市场部薪资计算为1680元/每月。

另加小班课时费细则:1-2人,课时费35%,3-4人,课时费30%,5-8人课时费20%,9-16人,课时费15%。

二、课时费:1. 试讲\听课后,若该学员报名学习,教师有20元课时费。

三、工作年限津贴:在公司工作满一年后每月津贴50元,以资鼓励。

四、职务津贴:总监津贴每月300元;主管津贴每月200元;组长每月100元。

五、工资:教师每月十五号领取工资,工资不得代领(如遇周末及节假日,时间顺延至周末及节假日完后第一工作日)教师奖惩制度(奖励)。
