Meanwhile it also has some disadvantages in actual promotion, and it was necessary to take some measures, such as promoting real-name registration and building unified platform of appointment registration, strengthening the construction of credit, improving the hospital management innovation, trying out the appointment referral in community. This paper takes all of the above measures to realize the "humanistic, elaborate, informational, social" appointment registration.Key words: The new medical reform; Appointed registration; Nosocomial managementIntroductionOutpatient is hospital's windows and an important part of hospital's work. INTEL的MCS—51系列单片机采用的是哈佛结构的形式，而后续产品16位的MCS—96系列单片机则采用普林斯顿结构。
心得体会：在实际的项目开发过程中，需要应用单片机的辅助。
所以我们应该不断深化单片机应用技术，不断积累应用行业的专业知识。
单片机是一门很有学问的高级应用技术。

它是微电子技术、计算机技术和自动测量技术的结晶。
目前，国际上已开发出多种智能温度传感器系列产品。
智能温度传感器内部都包含温度传感器、A/D转换器、信号处理器、存储器和接口电路。
有的产品还带多路选择器、中央控制器（CPU）、随机存储器（RAM）和只读存储器（ROM）。
智能温度传感器的特点是能输出温度数据及相关的温度控制量，适配各种微控制器；并且它是在硬件的基础上通过软件来实现测试功能的，其智能化程序也取决于软件开发水平。
心得体会：电子温度计的出现，给人类的生活带来了很多方便，使人类不管是在生活还是在工业方面都有了很多便利之处。
但是电子温度计主要应用还是在生产过程、实验室及研究所。
电子温度计本身可由电源提供电压，用温度传感器检测温度，因此电子温度计属温度系统。
控制理论从经典理论、现代理论已经发展到更先进的控制理论，控制系统也由简单的控制系统、大系统发展到今天的复杂系统。

目前，国外已相继推出多种高精度、高分辨力的智能温度传感器，所用的是9～12位A/D转换器，分辨力一般可达到0.5～0.0625℃。
由美国DALLAS半导体公司新研制的DS1624型高分辨力智能温度传感器，能输出13位二进制数据，其分辨力高达0.03125℃，测温精度为±0.2℃。

心得体会：在科技飞速发展的今天，对各项产品的标准要求也越来越高，对传感器来说更是如此。
传感器作为象征21世纪高科技发展桥梁的产品，它的技术标准越来越受到国际社会的广泛关注。
正是在这样的背景下，传感器在技术上不断取得突破，其中，又以温度传感器为最。
温度传感器最重要的两项标准是测量精度和分辨力。
从过去的8位A/D，到目前国外已相继推出多种高精度、分辨力的智能温度传感器。
智能温度传感器的测温精度和分辨力得到了几十到几百倍的提高，当然，它用的时间越来越短，效率也越来越高，对促进社会科学技术发展起到了推动作用。

心得体会：20世纪后半期,随着集成电路和计算机技术的发展,数字系统也得到了飞速发展,其实现方法经历了由分立元件、SSI、MSI到LSI、VLSI 以及UVLSI的过程. 同时为了提高系统的可靠性与通用性,微处理器和专用集成电路(ASIC)逐渐取代了通用集成硬件LSI 电路,而在这两者之间,ASIC以其体积小、重量轻、功耗低、速度快、成本低、保密性好而脱颖而出. 总的来说,ASIC的制作可粗略地分为掩膜式方法和现场可编程方法两大类. 目前,业界大量可编程器件(PLD) ,尤其是现场可编程逻辑器件(CPLD/FPGA)被大量地应用在ASIC 的制作中. 在可编程集成电器开发过程中,电子设计自动化(EDA)技术应运而生. 注重选用各种不同类型的资料，有教材、说明书、广告、科普资料，并附有较多的插图，以达到比较好的教学效果，同时可以拓宽学生的知识面。
心得体会：现在的电子产品更是更新速度越来越快，我们只有很好的掌握更多的电子专业知识才能很好的与各方面的专业认识探讨与研究，才更可以为国家的电子产业做出更重要的贡献.[6] 自石宗义·电路原理图与电路板计，北京希望电子出版社，2002年6月“按实物画电路原理图的方法与技巧”一文，使我更深刻的懂得了正确区分印刷电路板上的地线、电源线和信号线。
如电源变压器次级所接的整流二极管是负端为电源正极，它与地线两端一般接有大容量的滤波电容器，且电容器外壳上有极性标志。
心得体会：只要有电路板的地方就得应用PROTEL99se与PCB技术，可以这样说，这门技术是我们电子专业学生最基本最实用也是很有学问的一门技术，也是以后我们立足与专业领域的一门最基本的技术，通过这次毕业设计，让我们更加熟练的运用这个软件，也让我们温习了一篇老师以前传授的知识。
但是我觉得这些是不够的，我们还应该更加努力的去探讨这门技术，学以致用。
[7] 魏海新，李燕，盘莉莉·C语言程序设计实用教程·机械工业出版社，2007年8月目前最著名、最有影响、应用最广泛的windows、linux和UNIX三个操作系统都是用C语言编写的。
0S是计算机系统(由软硬件两个子系统构成)的核心和灵魂，它是软件中最庞大最复杂的系统软件。
既然如此庞大复杂的0S都可以用c语言编写，从狭义而言，还有什么系统软件和应用软件不能用c语言编写呢?由此可以肯定的说，c语言是一门十分优秀而又重要的语言。
心得体会：我觉得咱们学习C语言应该以Visual C++ 6.0（不是VisualC++ .NET）或者Dev C++作为主要的学习环境，而且千万不要在IDE的使用技巧上过多纠缠，因为今后你一定要转向Unix环境的。
Visual C++ 6.0使用很方便，调试也很直观，但其默认的编译器对C标准的支持并不好，而Dev C++使用gcc编译器，对C99的标准都支持良好。
使用顺带提一下，很多大学的C语言课程还在使用Turbo C 2.0作为实验环境，这是相当不可取的，原因其一是TC 2.0对C标准几乎没有支持，其二是TC 2.0编译得到的程序是16位的，这对今后理解32位的程序会造成极大的困扰。
当然,用djgpp之类的东西可以使TC 2.0编译出32位程序，不过那过于复杂了。
[8] 陈永甫主编.用万用表检测电子元器件.北京:电子工业出版社. 2008.3本书以使用万用表检测电子元器件为主线，介绍了各种常用电子元器件的基础知识和测量方法、操作技能。
全书共12章，第1章简明扼要地介绍了针式万用表和数字万用表的组成、测量原理检测方法和使用技巧。
第2章至第12章则介绍了元器件的常见种类、组成、工作原理、性能特点，着重列举了大量应用万用表进行性能检测的实例。
心得体会：学习了这本书，我觉得对于学习电子技术的学子，电测仪器是必不可少的，我掌握了用万用表检测常用元器件的方法，这是一个电子从业人员必备的专业素质。
万用表价格低廉、操作简单、携带方便、容易维修，是大众化的电测仪表。
用它检测元器件是一种既经济又便捷的测量方法。
因此，掌握使用万用表检测各种元器件的方法是作为应电专业的基本技能。
为毕业设计的顺利完成奠定了基础，为走向工作岗位打下了坚实的基础。
[9] 葛仁华，卢勇威·数字电子技术·华南理工大学出版社，2007年8月逻辑门电路是指能够实现各种基本逻辑关系的电路，最基本的门电路是与门、或门和非门。
在逻辑电路中，利用与门、或门、非门就可以构成各种逻辑门电路。
集成门电路按内部有源器件的不同可以分为两大类：一类为双极型晶体管集成电路，要有晶体管TTL逻辑、射极耦合逻辑ECL等几种类型；另一类为单极型MOS集成电路，包括NMOS、PMOS和CMOS等几种类型。
心得体会：数字电路的发展与模拟电路一样经历了由电子管、半导体分立器件到集成电路等几个时代。
但其发展比模拟电路发展的更快。
从60年代开始，数字集成器件以双极型工艺制成了小规模逻辑器件。
随后发展到中规模逻辑器件；70年代末，微处理器的出现，使数字集成电路的性能产生质的飞跃。
逻辑门是数字电路中一种重要的逻辑单元电路。
TTL逻辑门电路问世较早，其工艺经过不断改进，至今仍为主要的基本逻辑器件之一。
[10] 马淑华·王凤文·张美金·单片机原理与接口技术·北京邮电大学出版社美国在1922年研发了i80860超级单片机，这是一个功能及其强大的单片机，其CPU的运算速度达到1.2亿次每秒，课实现32的整数运算和64位的浮点数运算。
芯片内集成有一个三维图形处理器， i80860超级单片机配以必要的外设，可组成一个超级图形工作站。
心得体会：学习了该篇文章，现在的单片机正朝着高速、微型化的方向发展。
计算机系统的发展已明显地朝三个方向发展；这三个方向就是：巨型化，单片化，网络化。
以解决复杂系统计算和高速数据处理的仍然是巨型机在起作用，故而，巨型机在目前在朝高速及处理能力的方向努力。
单片机在出现时，Intel公司就给其单片机取名为嵌入式微控制器。
单片机的最明显的优势，就是可以嵌入到各种仪器、设备中。
这一点是巨型机和网络不可能做到的。
