My hometown---Baoji YL
Baoji is located in the western of Guanzhong plain, and is the second largest city in Shaanxi
province.It is known as the hometown of emperor Yan and the home of bronze. Baoji is a long
history city about 2770 years. It has many scenic spots such as Famentemple, MountTaibai, Red
river valley and so on.it is not only a tourist city, but also is a civilized city.
There are many delicious foods in Baoji. Chinese hamburger(肉夹馍)，saozi noodles （臊子面）
cold noodles(凉皮). These are all my favorite.
Today, let me talk about the saozi noodles. How to make saozi noodles?There are some
procedures as follows：
1.Firstly, prepare the saozi. Do you know what is saozi? Actually, Saozi is minced meat,it tastes
very delicious and is essential seasoning for this noodles.
2.Secondly, prepare vegetables such as carrot ,potato, tofu and others. We need to cut these into
pieces and sauted together.
3.Thirdly，prepare the noodles，you can make noodles by hand or by machine. You can also buy
some noodles from supermarket.
4.Lastly , Make saozi soup. The soup decided the flavor whether it is delicious or not. So It is very
important process. At the beginning, pour the oil into pan, after the oil is done, add
salt,vinegar,ginger and other spices, then pour the soiled water, and put the before cooked dishes
saozi, egg pie,onion and chili oil on the surface. The soup is finished.
At the same time, we can cooked noodles in another pan. When all the materials are prepared,
