【语法聚焦】

1、There are camels from Africa and Asia. 有来自非洲和亚洲的骆驼。

系动词be要根据其后面的名词的数而定.如有多个名词,则要根据就近原则。例如:

There are 2 books and a pen on the desk.桌子上有两本书和一只笔。

There is a pen and 2 books on the desk. 桌子上有一只笔和两本书。

2.It lives in the desert and eats grass. It doesn’t often drink.它生活在沙漠中,吃草不常喝水。

(1)and 并列2个相等结构.

(2)主语是第三人称单数的行为动词的一般现在时否定形式在行为动词的前面加doesn’t(does not),这时要注意把谓语动词还原为动词原形。

3.Does the camel eat fruit? 骆驼吃水果吗?

行为动词的第三人称单数一般现在时疑问式是在句首加助动词does,后面的谓语动词还原为动词原形.其肯定与否定回答用Yes, X does./ No, X doesn’t.
