物流方针的三个关键目标

1.To Meet customers’ requirement满足顾客需求

The logistics system will provide products and information to customers in a way that equals or exceeds the stated requirements of each individual customer.

物流体系会根据不同客户的要求或超出客户的要求提供产品交付和信息。

◆Customers short term operational fluctuations in demand; (客户短期需求波动)

◆Longer term strategic changes in demand either from existing customer (eg. New

modes) or the wider market place (eg. New customers/New product groups).

2.To Minimize the Cost of Supply Chain Operations.降低物流成本

The logistics system will be structured and operated with a view to minimizing:

◆The fixed assets employed in supply chain activities (供应链固定资产)

◆ The operating costs of the chain (供应链运作成本)

◆The inventory held within the chain (供应链库存成本)

Cost minimization will, however, be set within the context of achieving specified customer service targets.

3.To improve the logistics management level and increase the service quality, all the

supplier chains members win, including,internal team members and suppliers. 提升物流服务水平和质量,使企业、合作伙伴和员工共赢。

◆The overall objective of logistics management is to develop a supply chain system

that outperforms that of competitors and thereby creates an opportunity for to gain a competitive advantage,to win among all the supply chain participants.

◆To take continuous improvement for logistics service level increasing and

better quality 通过持续改进不断提升物流服务水平和质量
