The function of pump is to provide fluid with mechanical energy to build up pressure and discharge it. That is, it is to push up fluid to the high point or in the distance.

Centrifugal Pump (Magnet Coupling)

Diaphragm Pump (Multicylinder system)

This is the pump which consists of diaphragm (film) and valve. It absorbs and discharge fluid by moving diaphragm up and down or from side to side to change the content.

Rotary system of skew plate

The rotation will be converted to reciprocating motion.

We achieved the multicylinder type by a motor.

Diaphragm rubber

By three-cylinder method,

we achieved low pulsebeat

and high pressure.

By operating multiple diaphragms in one rotation of motor, we can achieve higher efficiency of transferring air or liquid, and lower puslebeat.

By the optimum design of diaphragm which endures the positive pressure(90kPa) and negative pressure 50kPa), we can use it as pressure pump or vacuum pump in the identical structure. Also, it is available
