项目常规站撬装压缩机组招标采购(标号:XXXXXXXXXXXXX)技术规范(业主)(招标公司XXXXXXXXXX 公司)年8月1.货物需求一览表*投标人应提供设备在正常操作情况下两年的易损件及分列(项目、零件号、数量)清单,其费用包含在总报价中。
2.交货/完工期技术规格一、总则:本技术规格书是招标文件的组成部分,内容包括本包货物的技术规格,相关培训、验收及其它条款。
投标人需严格按照本技术规格的要求完成合同货物的制造、运输、安装、调试、验收、培训考察、维护及其他售后服务等工作。
未经特别说明,所有采购设备必需满足下列要求和提供所列资料,同时招标人更愿意接受采用国外先进技术和更多原装进口零部件的优质产品。
在各设备技术规格中标有“*”号的条款为必须满足的要求,标有“*”号的条款中有一条不满足即视为废标。
对于技术规格书中没有“*”号的各条款,如果有三条不满足,同样导致废标。
各投标人提供的标书内容必须真实,招标人拥有调查的权利,如发现标书内容虚假伪造将导致废标。
*投标人应对招标文件每一条款逐条响应,应在其投标文件中提供投标设备满足技术规格所列各项对应的详细技术参数(不能仅写满足要求),技术资料(可以是设备样本、说明书、检验报告、图纸等)应能充分证明设备规格参数符合招标文件各条款的要求,同时附有设备照片(从不同侧面能够反映设备的全貌,以及反映关键工作部位)。
1、检查与验收1.1、依据工厂的生产工艺,投标人应承担对所提供设备的检查。
设备各项指标通过工厂的质量控制标准后,应对其进行整治和包装,然后移交到供货点。
1.2、设备到货后招标人将进行检验。
招标人只接受全新产品,其中不得有使用过及翻新过的部件及材料,同时具有对设备测量、外观检查、运行某些或全部功能并确认其技术性能参数是否满足合同要求的权利。
答案肯定后予以签字验收。
1.3、在设备出厂检验期间,投标人应邀请招标人2位技术人员到厂方参加为期5天的设备检验及技术培训,在此期间,往返机票、食宿、当地交通、医疗、保险,每日补贴等全部费用由投标人承担,费用包含在总报价中。

Also, drain the coolant water when the equipment will not be used for a long period of time.3.If the cooling performance has been re-duced, clean the inside of the coolant wa-ter pipes. (Refer to the instruction manual for details on the cleaning.)Caution1.Design the piping for coolant water and compressed air with a bore that is greater than the bore of the piping connections.2.The quality of the coolant water to be used must exceed the water quality that has been specified by the Japan Refriger-ation and Air Conditioning Industry Asso-ciation. (Refer to the instruction manual.)Poor quality coolant water damages the heat exchanger and reduces perfor-mance.
