摘要

本设计为河南省许昌市至漯河市一级公路K0+000—K3+010.468标段设计。依据道路的功能将公路定位为平原一级公路,设计时速为80Km/h,设计年限为20年,路面结构设计为沥青路面。根据交通量和交通增长量,将公路确定为双向4车道公路。主要设计包括:路线设计、路基排水设计、路面结构设计和挡土墙设计。

根据地形图特点和选线原则,经过比选确定最佳路线。标段全长3010.468m,路线中间设二个交点,圆曲线半径分别为600m,800m,竖曲线设3个交点,半径分别为12000m、7000m、5000m。在此基础上进行横断面设计和路基排水设计,并经过计算和对比确定路面结构层和结构层厚度。在高填方路段进行挡土墙设计,通过计算确定挡土墙断面形式和尺寸。

整个设计在技术经济论证分析的基础上完成了平纵横断面设计,路基和路面结构设计,专题挡土墙的设计计算,并进行了道路概预算,完成了整个设计任务。

Abstract

The design is a first-class highway design for the K0 +000- K3 +010.468 tenders of the road from Xuchang City, Henan Province, to Luohe City. Depending on the functionality of the road, the road was positioned as a first class highway located in plain, the design speed of which is 80Km/h and the design life of which is 20 years. The design pavement structure is asphalt pavement. According to the traffic and traffic growth volume, the highway was identified as a four-lane highway. Highway structure design is asphalt pavement. The main design includes:route design, subgrade drainage design, pavement and drainage design and retaining wall design.

According to the features of topographic and the principle of line selection, I determined the best route after comparison. Full length of the tender is 3010.468m,within it, there are two intersections located in the horizontal curve, the radius of which are 600m and 800m respectively ,and there are three intersections located in the vertical curve, the radius of which are 12000m, 7000m and 5000m, respectively. Cross-sectional design and subgrade drainage design were based on it, and the pavement design was determined through calculated and compared to determine pavement layer and the thickness of structure. Moreover, the retaining wall in high fill sections was determined by calculating the retaining wall section forms and sizes.

On the basis of technical and economic feasibility analysis, the design have completed draphic design, Profile design, cross-sectional design, subgrade and pavement structural design, retaining wall design and budget estimate. In short, the design have completed all the task.
