三、肖特基二极管的特性1.肖特基二极管的正向压降比快恢复二极管的正向压降要低很多,而且肖特基二极管自身的功耗较小,效率高。

2.由于肖特基二极管的反向电荷恢复时间极短,所以适宜工作在高频状态下。

3.而且肖特基二极管能耐受高浪涌电流。

4.以前的肖特基二极管反向耐压一般在200V以下,但现在的技术可以做到高达1000V的产品,所以肖特基二极管的应用范围十分广阔。
