It took me three days to finish reading the English version of the
little prince. This book is written by Anthone de San Eksuperi.
His career was a pilot. This is a simple but profound book. There
are not many new words in the book, which means it is easy to
understand, but which contains the sincere feelings, ture love
and life.
The Little Prince is more than a funny book written for the
children. It's also for adults. As mentioned in the preface to the
book:All grown-ups were once children----although few of them
remember it.
The first thing we can learn from the book is the innocence of
childhood and love. The story is about a boy. He lives on a small
planet. He is the only person of the planet. He is a lonely prince.
Fortunately, a beautiful rose came in his life. They loved each
other. But a little argument separated them. He left the planet
which he lives, starts traveling. He went to many planets and
met many different people. He likes to watch the sunset when he
was sad. He found that people wanted happiness, but always
pushed away happiness rudely. At last, he understood how to
love each other. Love and life is a very important thing. He is
very regret. He wanted to return to the planet which he lives.
But he didn’t know the road. He chose to drank snake venom
end his life because he thought it will be able to cast off his
bulky body to go back.
There is a lot of truth in this book. But the most touching is the
little fox. When the little prince came to Earth, he encountered a
small fox, and the request of a small fox domestication her. She
believes that if the Little Prince domesticate her, her life will be
happy. Little Prince, together with a small fox days, the little
prince to understand the unique Rose, and he began to think that
Rose tamed him, he must assume responsibility for the roses.
