专业四级作文都是命题作文，而且多有中文提示或提纲，所以你首先应了解命题的基本要求，理解题目的真正意图，然后确定提纲中的关键词及各要点间的逻辑，整理自己的思路，对自己所想到的内容进行组织和全面安排。
尤其对要讨论的问题，该涉及的内容，所需的事实、例证、阐述、说明和总结等，在头脑中形成一个整体的构思。
2. 组织段落：构思好之后，根据构思的提纲，运用选好的材料，恰当地运用连词，合理安排段落，使文章条理清楚、内容连贯。
段落的组织主要是通过扩展句对主题句的支持或说明来进行的。
各段的主题句在审题构思时就应基本形成，主题句确定下来，接着就是通过一系列的扩展句，来说明、论证或阐述主题句的思想。
常见的段落展开方法有列举、举例、比较和对比、因果、叙述、归类、下定义等，考试时应灵活运用。
3.修改：也就是说要删除与主题不相干的内容，检查句子时态、语态等。
特别应注意单词的正确拼写；字母大小写和标点符号；数的一致性（包括主语与谓语以及名词与其限定语的单复数一致性）；指代关系（包括指代的一致性和代词的选用）；动词形式（时态、语态、语气）等方面。

tem4作文字数提起 TEM4 作文字数，这可真是让我有一肚子的话想说。
还记得当年准备 TEM4 考试的时候，对于作文字数的要求那叫一个头疼。
老师反复强调，字数要达标，不然会扣分。
可对于我这种平时写个日记都啰里啰嗦的人来说，控制字数和保证质量简直就是一对难以调和的矛盾。
有一次模拟考试，拿到作文题目我就开始奋笔疾书。
心里想着一定要多写点，把能想到的观点一股脑儿全倒出来。
当时的题目是关于大学生是否应该兼职，我那叫一个激情澎湃，从锻炼能力写到积累经验，从赚取零花钱写到拓展人脉。
写着写着，完全沉浸在自己的论述中，感觉自己就是个雄辩的演说家。
等我终于心满意足地停下笔，抬头看了看时间，还行，没超时。
再瞅瞅字数，哎呀妈呀，我居然写了快一千五百字！当时心里还美滋滋的，觉得自己可真是厉害，写了这么多。
可等试卷发下来，我傻眼了。
老师的评语写着：“内容丰富，但过于冗长，重点不突出。
”我仔细一看，确实啊，很多话都是重复的，有些例子举得也不太恰当，只是为了凑字数。
而且因为写得太多，字迹也变得龙飞凤舞，估计老师批改的时候都费劲。
从那以后，我开始认真琢磨怎么在规定的字数内把话说清楚。
我发现，首先得把观点理清楚，不能想到啥就写啥。
比如还是那个大学生兼职的题目，我先确定几个关键的论点，像兼职能够提升实践能力、培养责任感，然后每个论点再找一两个具体的例子来支撑。
而且，在举例的时候，不再是长篇大论地描述，而是简洁明了地说清楚事情的经过和结果，重点突出它是如何证明论点的。
还有一次练习，题目是关于环保的。
我一开始就告诫自己，千万别写多了。
我先在草稿纸上列出了大纲，想好了开头怎么引入，中间分几个段落阐述不同的环保措施，结尾怎么总结升华。
写的时候，时刻注意着字数，每写一段就大概估算一下。
这一次，我终于把字数控制在了要求范围内。
而且因为有了清晰的思路，文章读起来也通顺多了。
虽然没有上次那种洋洋洒洒的感觉，但感觉更加有条理，更能让人明白我想说的是什么。

TEM4作文写作技巧初探摘要：本研究旨在通过对近十年来的TEM4作文进行分析与归类，提出解决TEM4作文写作的对策，希望以此使学生在写作过程中能更好地把握其全过程，而不至于大量失分，或是离题。
全文把近十年来的作文试题分成四类，并分别提出了相应的写作技巧，以供英语专业教师和学生参考应用。

测试共有六个部分：听写、听力理解、完型填空、语法与词汇、阅读理解、写作。
整个考试需时130分钟。
其中写作有两部分：作文与便条。
作文为15分；便条为10分。
写作部分的分数从2005年开始由原来的20分改为25分，作文的字数也由原来的150字调到200字，但写作总时间不变，为45分钟（其中作文为35分钟；便条为10分种）。
另外的变动是将写作部分为第一题转放为最后一题，这有利于学生最大限度地发挥。
本来写作就是学生的难点，在时间不变的情况下增加字数就加大了测试的难度。
如何解决这一写作难题呢？现通过对近十年来的TEM4作文进行分析，提出一些写作对策，希望对英语专业教师及学生提供一定的指导。

几乎年年如此，只是开头的介绍信息和题目会不一样，但一般也会比较醒目、突出。
下面为1992 年到2005 年TEM4作文题目。
总的来说，历年的题目大体可以分为四类：选择观点型、类比对比型、给定观点型和自由发挥型。
选择观点型一般是讨论一些很难说清是对还是错的现象，或者说此现象并没有绝对的答案。
如1994年的题目“TV: a Good Thing or a Bad Thing”，1997年的题目“More Pressure from Academic Studies Does (Does Not) Good to Us”，1999的题目“A Major Advantage / Disadvantage of Advertising on Television”，还有2004年的题目“Will Phones Kill Letter Writing？”，就是如此，有人支持，也有人反对，只要自持观点并以论据论证就行。
类比对比型是比较两个对象，一般来说只需比较两者。
这种题目要用比较法，比较法分为类比与对比，如果讨论的是其不同点，就可以运用对比法，对比法有整体对比和交替对比两种。
整体对比法指在阐述完一个对象的特点之后，再摆出与之相比的另一个对象的全部特点；交替对比法指逐条比较或对比两个对象的特点（丁往道，2003：92）。
如1995年讨论学生做兼职工作的优缺点和1996年的题目——The Main Difference Between My College Life and My Middle School Life（我的大学生活与中学生活的主要区别），都属于这种类型。
给定观点型更为简单些，因为所给的题目就是观点，写作者只要提供一些论据就行，然后好好组织一下全文。
2000年的题目“The Importance of Extracurricular Activities ”，2001年的题目“Travel Broadens the Mind”，和2003年的题目“The Importance of Keeping a Good Mood”就属于此类。
最后一种题型为自由发挥型，其在提出一个话题之后，可能会提供一些大家对此话题的观点和看法，要求考生通过利用已给定的材料做出自己的分析，然后发挥自己的想象力，提出并论证自己的观点（张洁，2005：4）。
此类题型对写作者限制不大，只要不离开话题就可以了。
1992的题目“My View onReading Extensively”，1993年的题目“My Idea of Becoming a Teaching in the Future”，1998年的题目“One Way to Solve the Problem”，2002年的题目“The Best Way to Stay Healthy”，和2005年的题目“My Idea of a University Arts Festival”属于此类。
（一）选择观点型对于选择观点型题目的写作，分析题目的最佳方法就是列出正反两方面的内容，即支持此观点的理由，或者反对的理由。
以1994年的题目为例，谈论电视以确定自己的观点。
此类题目都将会有五个可以选择的观点, 如表所示：（汪美我们不选择观点I 或者观点V。
而观点III 只表明学生对此题目作了分析, 却没有他自己对此题目的独立想法和观点，所以观点III 也是不可取的。
因此只能选择观点II 和观点IV。
记住做好正反两方面的分类列举是第一步，如果不这样做，赞成或反对所列举的方方面面会变得很混杂，或者会发现很难写出更多支持观点的论据。
让我们再看看另外两个例子：一个是1997年的“More Pressure from Academic Studies Does (Does Not) Good to Us”；另一个是1999年的“A Major Advantage /只要求写一个主要方面，但我们可以使用这种方法分析题目，并且从中选择最好的一点入手，这样才能把作文写好。
（二）类比对比型对于类比对比型的题目，只需要列出写作对象的两个方面，然后运用对比的两种方法——整体对比法与交替对比法，进行对比阐述就可以了。
例如1995年讨论的学生做兼职工作的利与弊，和1996年的“The Main Difference Between My有些题目本身就是文章的主要观点，我们不必再去形成自己的看法，因此只需直接列出赞成的或者是反对的理由就行了。
像这种题目有：2000年的“The Importance of Extracurricular Activities”；2001年的“Travel Broadens the Mind”和2003年的“The Importance of Keeping a Good Mood”。
以2000年题目为例，论述课外活动的重要性，我们只需列出课外活动好的方面，而并不需要太关注其反面自由发挥型与给定观点型有些相像，只是给定观点型的题目就是观点，而自由发挥型的观点需要写作者根据给出的材料自己形成，所以题目的限制不大，如2002年的“The Best Way to Stay Healthy”，需要写作者提供一个保持健康的最好方法，我们可以写锻炼是最好的方法，也可以写保持好心情或其他方法，像此类的题目还有1992年的“My View on Reading Extensively”，1993年的“My Idea of Becoming a Teaching in the Future”，1998年的“One Way to Solve the Problem”，和2005年的“My Idea of a University Arts Festival”。
