该产品采用贴装工艺,采用32位ARM体系的CPU,具有功能强大、联接方便、灵活、可靠的特点;该产品采用中华人民共和国环境保护行业标准(HJ/T212-2005)中的标准通讯协议,可以通过无线方式与任何一家符合行业标准通讯协议的环保中心平台对接,可对各类排污企业、排污流域的数据进行采集、管理及传输到中心。

宾得SMART8800GPS培训资料外置电台电缆连接1、架三脚架1.1将基站和天线的三脚架稳固架好于高处;1.2将基站及基座安放在三脚架上,用卷尺测量基站斜高(对中点至仪器橡胶圈处);2、连接电缆2.1将五针细电缆连接基站和电台;2.2将粗天线电缆连接电台和天线;2.3将天线安放在三脚架基座上,确保平稳。

3、打开基站电源4、打开电台电源5、打开移动站电源二、手簿和仪器连接1、设置基站1.1打开软件,新建项目点项目-新建-输入文件名,点右下角√-点右上角×返回初始界面。

1.2设置坐标系统点参数-确认椭球选项是wgs84转beijing54;点击屏幕下方投影选项,将中央子午线改为当地数值,其他不改;,点击屏幕底部其他选项,均设为无。

点击保存,提示文件保存成功,点击确定-点击右上角×返回初始界面。

1.3连接基站点击GPS-点击右下方连接GPS----手簿:宾测535E连接:串口端口:8波特率:19200GPS类型:Smart8800点击右下角的连接,连上基站后,屏幕会显示仪器号和电压。

1.4点击左上角的接收机信息-设置基准站-点击详细-选斜高-在天线高:处输入测量的基站斜高,点击应用-勾选xyh-点击平滑,基站读取站点坐标。

1.5点击屏幕下方数据链选项卡-数据链:外部数据链1.6点击屏幕下方其他选项卡-差分模式:RTK,电文格式:RTCM (3.0),高度截止角:10或15,注意√启用GLONASS;1.7点击屏幕右下方确定,屏幕提示基站设置成功,点击确定,此时屏幕上方接收机信息右边显示为已知点,点击右上角×退出;1.8点击右下角的断开GPS,基站设置成功。

面板最下方的灯黄红交替闪烁。

2设置移动站2.1点击GPS-连接GPS-注意端口:9,其他与基站一样-点击右下方连接,连上移动站后,屏幕会显示仪器号和电压。

2.2点击左上角-点击移动站设置-数据链:内置电台,频道:选择外挂电台对应频道数值-点击屏幕下方其他-差分电文格式:RTCM(3.0),高度截止角:10或15,注意√启用GLONASS,不要√发送GGA;-点击右下方确定,提示移动站设置成功,点确定-点左上角的接收机信息-点击天线设置-选直高-输入天线高:2,点击应用2.3接收机信息右边会显示:单点-伪距-浮动-固定,2.4接收机面板最下方的灯黄红交替闪烁。

1.1 产品概述
TK 6000-AB 是一款经济型的以太网通讯处理器,是为满足日益增多的工厂设备信息化需求(设备网 络监控和生产管理)而设计,用于罗克韦尔 Micro Logix 1000 系列 PLC 的以太网数据采集,非常方便构 建生产管理系统。
1.2 功能和应用领域

3.2 连接电脑、查看 Web 网页
用以太网网线(交叉和直连线都行)将电脑网卡和 TK 6000-AB 的 RJ45 端口相连,观察 TK 6000-AB 的绿 色 Link 指示灯应常亮。Link 灯常亮表明 TK 6000-AB 已经建立了以太网连接。

The new model comes with 30 channel capability as standard, to which another 30 channels can be added. All input channels for measuring temperature (with thermocouples), or voltage are isolated for safety, culminating in a powerful multi-measurement system that also offers pulse and logic inputs. 充电器日常充电时间最佳为8小时(不建议用电脑USB口充电)CD光盘详细的电子说明书、盘点机电脑端软件、刷机程序1.2 电池充电1.2.1电量显示:电池电量图标显示在屏幕的右上角。

当电池电量过低时,设备将自动关机。

1.2.2 电池充电:本机使用2800mAh可充电聚合物锂离子电池,头三次充电时间须在12小时以上,并充分放电。

日常充电时间最佳为8小时。

在关机状态下充电时,屏幕上充电图标会闪烁,当充电图标静止不动时,表示充电完毕或未放电池。

注意事项:A.此盘点机只能使用经认可充电器(使用电脑USB可能会出现充不满现象);B.电池会自动放电,长时间未使用时,请在使用前充电饱和;C.如果充电饱和后,电池电量的使用时间大幅度缩短,请更换新电池;D.请勿强烈碰撞、振动、掷击电池,否则会引起电池液体渗漏、破损、甚至爆炸。

1.3 电池安装1.3.1 机器背部面向自己,按住电池盖,按照箭头方向滑动电池盖,如下图所示:1.3.2 装入电池,确保电池顶端的触点与电池连接器充分接触,如下图所示:1.3.3 装回电池盖,请将电池盖放到机器背面,滑动电池盖直至固定到位。

2.2 盘点机的开机与关机2.2.1 开机请确认电池已经安装好,电量充足,长按开机键3秒()直至设备启动。

2.2.2 关机长按关机键2秒()直至关闭设备。

2.3 盘点机功能说明2.3.1 接收器与盘点机连接配对(无线传输数据使用):a、将接收器接入到电脑USB口,3秒后屏幕左上角显示当前信号强度;b、如3秒钟后机器还是没有信号显示,盘点机选择“高级设置”→“连接基站”,显示“请重启无线基站”,把接收器重新拨掉后再插入到电脑USB口即可;2.3.2无线枪功能a、将接收器接入到电脑;b、电脑上打开TXT文本或EXCEL表格等文档,将鼠标光标点到文档上;c、选择“无线枪”→“进入操作”,按SCAN键扫描条码;d、有信号时,扫描的条码数据会直接显示在txt文本里面;无信号或者信号较弱时,会自动保存在机器上,有信号自动上传;其它功能:a、前缀设置:设置条码的前缀,可设置6个前缀。

b、后缀设置:设置条码的后缀,可设置6个后缀。

注:前、后缀设置字符为:空格、tab、回车、跳行、逗号、分号,默认无字符。

操作方法:按OK确认,然后再按左右方向键进行切换选择。

2.3.3收货/发货参照下面的商品盘点功能介绍。

2.3.4 商品盘点a、选择“盘点” “进入操作”;b、按中间黄色SCAN键扫描,没有条码或条码不好扫描时,可按F1键手动输入货号,按F2键手动输入条码;c、扫描条码后,显示商品档案信息(商品档案已下载到盘点机为前提),输入数量,按OK确认即可;d、重复第3步骤,继续扫描其它条码直至盘点完成;一、其它功能:a、特殊功能键:F1输入货号,F2输入条码,F3输入数量时正负号切换,手输时退格删除;b、屏幕左上角提示当前工作模式,在扫描条码前可按“左方向键”切换;实时:在有信号的环境下,会自动无线上传扫描的数据;存储:将扫描的数据先存储在机器,扫描完成后再统一上传到电脑上;c、屏幕右上角提示当前录入方式,在扫描条码前可按“右方向键”切换;手动:扫描条码后手工录入相应数量(同一物品数量较多时场合);自动:扫描条码后数量默认为1并自动保存(货架上陈列商品并不多的场合);二、数据上传:将扫描到的数据上传到电脑上;a、当前数据:扫描后还从未上传过的条码;b、历史数据:已经上传过的条码(可以将扫描到的条码再次上传);c、按F1无线上传:打开电脑的TXT文本或EXCEL电子表格,将鼠标光标点到文档上;d、按F2 USB上传:①机器提示“正在连接”。

②使用数据线将机器与盘点机连接好。

③电脑端盘点机软件点“接收”按钮,扫描数据会上传并显示到软件表格上;三、上传设置:可手动设置分隔、结束字符、设置上传字段。

操作方法:用向下、上方向键移至所需位置,按OK确认,按左右方向键切换选择好后,再按OK确认即可;四、功能设置:一般无需修改,默认即可,具体功能如下。

1.单号管理开启时:支持多单据多仓库管理、解决多家分店多仓库的管理问题;2.批号管理开启时:支持医药行业的多批号管理,扫描条码后,按F3进入批号选择界面,按左右键可选择;3.批号修改允许时:批号错误或不存在相应的批号时,可手工进行输入;4.单价修改允许:常用于销售时,扫描条码后显示默认的价格,操作人员可对单价进行手工修改;5.唯一条码开启时:常用于序列号的采集,当扫描到重复条码时,会提示是否允许重复保存或禁止;2.3.5 商品查询输入货号或条码,可显示下载到机器上的名称、规格、单价、进价、售价、优惠价、库存等;2.3.6 数据下载下载商品资料到盘点机,配合盘点机电脑端软件使用,具体操作见“第三章盘点机电脑软件的使用”。

2.3.7 系统设置基本设置:进行日期,时钟,关机时间,显示时间的设置。

通讯设置:设置工作频道和系统编号。

连接基站:按OK键,根据屏幕提示,在此状态下,重新启动接收器即可配对。

内存清理:数据清空:清空扫描条码信息(每次盘点前与使用一段时间建议进行数据清空);档案清空:清空下载的物品档案信息(每次下载会重新覆盖存在机器上的档案);出厂设置:清空所有信息,并将所有设置恢复到出厂默认设置。

2.3.8 程序更新屏幕代码:用于确认更新程序类别,如屏幕代码包含“9341”,那么更新程序时须选择包含“9341”的更新程序,否则会导致显示不正确;当前程序版本:用于区别程序版本和满足升级固件要求;第三章盘点机电脑端软件安装与使用3.1 盘点机电脑端软件的安装第一步:双击“V2.15_爱宝数据采集器.msi”注:如果遇到弹出如下对话框,提示系统缺少.NET文件,则选择“否(N)”,然后打开光盘里的文件夹,安装文件即可。

整个安装过程可能需要几分钟的时间,安装完成之后,再执行“第一步”操作。

第二步:在弹出如下对话框时,点浏览可以自己设置安装的路径。

一般直接点击“下一步”继续“下一步”直到安装完成第三步:点击“关闭”,完成下载工具的安装。

安装成功之后,会自动在电脑桌面上生成“爱宝数据采集器”图标,如图所示:3.2 盘点机电脑端软件的使用双击电脑桌面上“爱宝数据采集器”的图标,弹出如下图程序操作界面:说明:盘点机电脑端软件的作用:⑴将商品档案发送到盘点机;⑵将盘点机的扫描条码回传到电脑;⑶按用户设定的格式生成文件;3.2.1 导入格式设置1.在收银软件上将商品档案导出成Txt文本或Excel电子表格;2.设置要下载到盘点机的文件格式:打开“爱宝数据采集器”,选择“下载” “导入格式设置”,弹出“文件格式设置”界面(根据收银软件导出商品档案文件格式设置);配置说明:①.文件类型:指定设置的文件类型(品名表);②.文件格式:支持TXT文本、Excel电子表格、CSV文件等(导出商品资料是TXT 文本时就选择TXT,是电子表格就选择MS Excel);③.分隔符:Excel电子表格时不用管这项设置;TXT文本时设置成商品档案一样的分隔符,有逗号、分号、TAB、定长四种可选择,如以上四种格式时都不是时可直接手动输入(如管家婆软件的分隔符为~);④.包含标题:商品档案有标题时就打勾,无标题时就去掉;-----------------------------------------------------------------⑤.字段名:盘点机机器上规定的列名称,不可修改,商品档案上有这列时就在后面的导入选择上设为Y,否则就设成N;⑥.字段标题:可以设置成与导出商品资料一样的标题;⑦.导入选择:当商品资料包含有与“字段标题”一样的列就选Y,不包含选N;⑧.序号:此处填写对应的列在商品资料文档中第几列;⑨.长度:当商品资料为TXT的定长格式时才有效,必须完全正确填写每列的长度。

⑩占位符字段:定长文档中如果某几列不需要下载,那么就必须得在占位符中把不需要的列数填上,此功能仅用在定长文档中。

举例说明:EXCEL文档下载举例:配置依据如下:①此文档为Excel电子表格所以文件格式选择“MS Excel”,分隔符可不用管;②此文档第一行包含标题,所以将“包含标题”位置打勾;③此举例文档共有16列,而我们只需要其中的商品编号、商品名称、基本单位、规格和商品条码这五列,所以将这五列的导入选择都设成Y,其它的设成N,并在序号位置将每列在文档中的序号填上;配置如下图:3.2.2 将商品资料导入到盘点机电脑端软件选择“下载” “从文件导入商品信息”,选择要下载的文件;第三步:选择对应的EXCEL工作表,然后点击“确定”按钮,如下图:第四步:后台程序窗口会显示:开始导入,导入成功!。
