接近结果受三个基本因素的影响:红外 LED 发射,红外接收和环境因素,包括目标距离和 表面反射率。 IR 接收信号路径从四个[定向手势]光电二极管的 IR 检测开始,并以 PDATA 寄存器中的 8 位 接近结果结束。来自光电二极管的信号被组合,放大和偏移调整以优化性能。相同的四个光 电二极管用于手势操作以及邻近操作。二极管配对形成两个信号路径:UP / RIGHT 和 DOWN / LEFT。不管配对,任何一个光电二极管都可以被掩蔽,以排除其对接近结果的贡献。屏蔽 成对的二极管之一有效地将信号减少一半,并使满量程结果从 255 减少到 127.为了校正全量 程的这种减小,可以设置接近增益补偿位 PCMP,返回 F.S.到 255.使用 PGAIN 控制位,增益 可以从 1x 调整到 8x。通过调整 POFFSET_UR 和 POFSET_DL 寄存器来实现偏移校正或串扰 补偿。器件的模拟电路将偏移值作为减法运算到信号累加中;因此,正偏移值具有降低结果的 效果。 在光学上,IR 发射显示为脉冲串。脉冲数由 PPULSE 位设置,每个脉冲的周期可以使用 PPLEN 位进行调节。使用 LDRIVE 控制位可以选择 IR 发射的强度;对应四个,出厂校准,电流等级。 如果需要更高的强度(例如较长的检测距离或深色玻璃下方的器件放置),则 LEDBOOST 位 可用于将电流升高至额外的 300%。 集成 IR LED 的 LED 占空比和随后的功耗可以使用表 2 所示的下表和等式计算。如果接近事 件按照 AWAIT 和 WLONG 设置的等待时间分隔,那么总的 LED 关闭时间必须增加等待时间。

开关型可见光照度传感器On9668
On9668是一个光控阀值可调的光电集成传感器。典型入射波长为λp=520nm,内置双敏感元接收器,
可见光范围内高度敏感,光开关阀值通过外置电阻线性可调,直接输出高、低电平,外围电路极为简单。
特别适合各类玩具、灯具、仪器仪表、工业设备等诸多领域的节能控制、自动感光开关电路。

■ 电气特性
z 暗电流小,低照度响应,灵敏度高;
z 光控阀值通过外置电阻线性可调,直接输出高、低电平,外围电路简单;
z 内置双敏感元,自动衰减近红外,光谱响应接近人眼函数曲线;
z 内置微信号CMOS放大器、高精度电压源和修正电路,输出电流可达30mA;
z 工作电压范围宽,温度稳定性好;
z 可选光学纳米材料封装,可见光透过,紫外线截止、近红外相对衰减,增强光学滤波效果;

■ 典型测试应用电路

Fig.5 使用ON-9668传感器的光控典型电路。
通过调整Vadj使照度低于一定值LED/继电器/灯具开启。当光线从亮态到暗态或者从暗态到亮态过
渡时,内部有一照度回差约10%,即1.2V<VADJ<1.6V 输出端保持原来状态,不会造成频繁开关现象。
