教学重点:单词home, room, school, classroom的拼写。教学难点:home与house的区别
教具准备:
1.图片study, bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen
2.教材相配套的教学录音带
3.单词卡片
教学过程:
(一)热身/复习(Warm-up/Revision)
1.复习Let’s talk/A部分的对话。
2.做Let’s play的游戏。
(二)呈现新课(Presentation)
1.出示图片home, 让学生说出单词,并让学生用home说一句话。如:I have a home. This is my home. My home is very nice.等。
2.分别出示图片bathroom, living room, bedroom, study, kitchen.告诉学
生:They are rooms. 教读单词room.
3.让学生想一想,说一说所学过的单词中还有哪个词属于room?引出classroom.可进一步问学生:What’s in the classroom?
4.出示图片school,教师问学生:Is it a room? Is it a home?让学生回答:No, it isn’t. It’s a school.
5.教师准备单词卡home, room, school, classroom。
做游戏:找朋友。先请4位同学到讲台前面自选一张图片拿好并说出英文单词,然后再请4位同学到前面自选一张单词卡,并站到手拿相对应的图片的同学旁边站好。教师指着每一张单词卡问学生:Is it home/room/school/classroom?让学生回答:Yes, it is. No, it isn’t.来判断每组同学的图片与单词卡是否相符。
6.看单词卡,拼读单词。
7.教师在四线格中示范书写单词,学生在本上模仿拼写。
8.看图填词“Write and say”部分,并让学生用home, room, school, classroom分别造句。
(三)趣味操练(Practice)
1.做游戏“What’s missing?”
教师把本单元A部分的单词卡与home, room, school, classroom图片混在一起,给学生快速看一下所有图片,然后拿掉一张图片让学生猜一猜少了哪一张,猜对后拼读该单词。
2.抢拼单词
叫一名学生在班里走动,站在一名学生的后面。教师举起一张本单元的单词图片,先正确拼出单词的学生坐下,另一名学生继续在班里走动,继续活动。
(四)扩展性活动(Add-activities)
拼读单词列队比赛
将全班分成两组,教师发给每个学生一张字母卡片,不常用的字母(如Q,Z)可以一人多拿几张,游戏开始,教师说一个单词,如ship,或出示一张轮船的图片,两个组持S,H,I,P字母的学生应立即站到讲台前按顺序站好队,先按正确次序排好队的为优胜。
