然后是mascarpone奶酪糊。我按照食谱上的比例称了量，可打发的时候，怎么也打不出蓬松的质地，稀稀拉拉的，跟奶昔似的。我用电动打蛋器打，手都酸了，也没见它蓬起来！我开始怀疑人生了：是不是我的打蛋器坏了？是不是我的奶酪过期了？是不是…是不是我做烘焙这方面完全没有天赋？ 总之，那个提拉米苏做的，怎么说呢…一言难尽。它长得像一坨…咳咳…嗯，总之不是想象中那种精致漂亮的甜品。我当时心里别提多沮丧了，恨不得找个地缝钻进去。感觉自己什么都做不好，简直是个废物。
可后来，我仔细想想，其实也没那么糟糕嘛！我虽然做的不好看，味道其实还不错，至少我自己吃得挺开心。而且，我尝试了嘛！我认真地按照食谱一步一步做了，即使最后的结果不太完美，至少我勇敢地尝试了，对吧？
