Institute,Shanghai201109,China) Abstract:An integrated design method is proposed to meet the miniaturization and universalization require⁃ments for multi-channel coherent transponders in the aerospace field.Methods like digital intermediate fre⁃quency(IF)extension and channel sharing,according to the idea of software defined radio(SDR),are used to expand the processing bandwidth of digital circuits and replace the traditional local oscillators(LOs) generated by low-order multiplication of the reference frequency in IF channels,on the basis of LO unifica⁃tion and frequency compensation.Thus the crystal oscillators and LOs are unified and the frequency flow⁃chart is simplied.The method is verified by experiments of corresponding products which can be realized for the first time with a single LO and a single frequency conversion for multi-channel coherent transponding applications above C-band.This design is convenient for chip integration and channel expanding,and can be utilized as a 言相参转发体制在航天测控领域应用极为广泛,一般通过航天器上的应答机对地面雷达或中继卫星信号进行相参转发[1],实现多普勒测速[2-3]㊁脉冲测距或统一测控[4-10];也可将应答机用于地面,作为合成孔径雷达卫星的协作目标或干扰工具[11]㊂航天器轨道不同,应答机种类也不同[1],如箭载的C频段连续波应答机[2-3]㊁星载S频段测控应答机[4-7]㊁探测器用S/X/Ka频段应答机[8-9]等㊂国外产品主要用于卫星测控和深空探测,国内产品除此之外还㊃704㊃第58卷第4期2018年4月电讯技术Telecommunication author:michaellmz@用于火箭外弹道测量,以满足新一代高精度测量系统需求[2]㊂通过多路相参转发,可进一步提高精度及可靠性㊂数字芯片的应用促进了软件无线电的发展,如今可通过数字锁相倍频简化本振的实现[10],利用带通采样提高接收机数字中频处理的范围[4,7],采用现场可编程门阵列等数字信号处理芯片实现复杂中频信号处理[2-10]并配合实现任意转发比的精确相参转发要求[2,12]㊂国内外现有S 频段以上相参应答机一般采用两个以上的本振,以取得较好的镜频抑制和可处理的较低中频,未同时实现收发通道的一次变频,且多路相参转发均通过多个单路收发组合简单叠加,存在进一步整合的空间㊂针对这些问题,本文提出一种面向整体的设计方法,对同一频段多路相近转发比的应答机需求,在本振合并㊁频率修正的基础上,采用数字中频拓展㊁通道共用的方法,省略传统的中频段变频过程,实现仅用一个本振㊁一次变频完成多路相参转发的功能,极大地精简频率流程㊂2 相参转发方法对于相参应答机,其接收频率f R 与转发频率f T满足f T =ρ㊃f R 的关系,其中ρ=M /N 为转发比,是一个有理分数㊂相参应答机的实现方式有全相参及准相参两大类㊂2.1 全相参转发全相参方式是指应答机的转发信号㊁本振㊁中频全部满足与接收信号相参的关系,其典型频率流程如图1所示㊂图1 全相参转发的典型频率流程框图(单路)Fig.1Flow chart of pure coherent transponder(single channel)中频锁相环可通过模拟或数字电路(时钟f 0)实现㊂设f R >f T (反之类似,下同),两次变频以降低中频f I ,取合适的倍数A ㊁B 使AA +B +1=ρ,(1)则收发相参㊂该体制原理简单,但两个本振㊁两次变频无法简化,无法共用㊂ 2.2 准相参转发准相参方式是指引入固定晶振频率f 0并通过频率流程设计消除其影响,使收发信号满足规定转发比从而实现收发相参的关系㊂国外的深空应答机[9-10]收发一般通过2~3次变频实现,接收通道将多普勒频移f d 代入本振以固定中频;发射通道将ρ㊃f d 与本振逐次混频后输出,或在末级构建环路输出㊂该模式转发精度高,但实现复杂,同样不易扩展㊂国内的相参应答机[2,4,7]常用另一种方法 直接按ρ转发中频信号,如图2所示㊂图2 IT =ρ㊃f IR ,(4)中频频率f IR ㊁f IT 为正,为使f T =ρ㊃f R ,(5)只需在式(2)㊁(3)符号一致前提下满足ρ=D -C A +B㊂(6)该体制通用性较强,便于进一步优化㊂3 集成设计方法3.1 单路转发简化可在本振共用的基础上拓展数字处理频段,对射频收发通道加以简化㊂对于式(6),若存在合适值使A =D ㊁B =C ,则收发本振可共用,此时转发比为ρ=A -B A +B㊂(7)由于ρ一般接近于1,所以B 明显小于A ㊂利用利用模数转换(Analog to Digital,A /D)㊁数模转换(Digital to Analog,D /A)的相关特性,可对收发通道㊃804㊃ 电讯技术 2018年进一步简化㊂接收通道中,利用带通采样可将nf 0±f IR 的信号转换为f IR ,从而省去第二次下变频,并丰富等效二本振倍频次数B 的取值㊂发射通道中,利用D /A 的包络特性,只需通过直接数字频率合成器(Direct Digital Synthesizer,DDS)生成发射信号f IT ,就可得到nf 0±f IT 的镜像及高阶频率分量(见图3),从而拓展中频输出的频率范围,省去发射通道的一次上变频,并丰富本振倍频次数C 的选择㊂图3 利用D /A 包络特性拓展中频输出范围Fig.3Expand IF output range by using D /A′s +B㊂(8)式中:B ㊁C 为利用A /D㊁D /A 特性等效实现的二本振倍频次数㊂3.2 多路转发拓展式(8)无法直接用于多路相参转发㊂当多路收发频率及转发比相近时,可在数字频率修正[2]的基础上共用合并通道,加以拓展和简化㊂当图2的基本频率流程面对多路多种转发比时(设第i 个收发通道的本振倍数为A i ㊁B i ㊁C i ㊁D i ,转发比ρi ,若将式(2)~(8)的本振倍频次数直接统一为A ㊁B ㊁C ㊁D ,则式(5)难以满足㊂此时只需对式(4)的中频转发关系稍加修正[2],令f IT i =ρi ㊃f IR i +f Δi ,(9)联立式(2)~(3)㊁(5)㊁(9),为使f T i =(D -C )f 0+ρi [f R i -(A +B )f 0]+f Δi =ρi f R i ,则f Δi =[ρi (A +B )-(D -C )]f 0㊂(10)由于数字处理电路的所有频率均基于同一个时钟f 0产生,因此式(9)与式(4)在相参特性上并无本质区别,但式(9)显著提高了转发方法的通用性㊂在数字频率修正的基础上,多路相参转发的收发通道可以共用合并㊂采用单路转发简化的基本方法,统一本振倍频次数A ,并将射频前端的多路收发通道分别合并,即可得到图5所示的多路转发频率流程图(以双路为例)㊂图5 example)图5中,每路中频收发信号分开滤波,以便提高单路的接收灵敏度㊁动态范围㊁发射杂波抑制等性能指标㊂若性能要求不高且位于同一个奈奎斯特通带,也可直接由中频数字电路处理转发,见4.1节分析㊂印制板布局增加金属隔腔以提高通道间的隔离度;数字电路对每路信号分别独立处理并采用正交复数乘法的方式降至零中频,以改善通道间的电磁兼容性㊂考虑到A /D㊁D /A 的频率范围(500MHz 以内较常见)以及滤波器的通带宽度(1%~10%较常见),建议f R ×2%≤f R -f T ≤1GHz,f R ×1%≤f IR ≤500MHz,f IT 类似,f IR ×2%≤Δf R i ≤f R ×10%,Δf T i 类似,以便于利用A /D㊁D /A 的高阶区间并保证良好的收发隔离及对各中频信号的滤波效果㊂其中,f R ㊁f T ㊁f IR ㊁f IT 表示各路收㊁发的射频㊁中频频率的均值,Δf R i ㊁Δf T i 表示各路射频接收信号频率的间隔及发射频率的间隔㊂至此,多路相参转发的频率流程得以极大简化,可仅采用一个本振㊁一次变频实现㊂4 关键参数选择对于应答机频率流程的设计,关键参数包括本振倍频次数及晶振频率㊂常用的晶振频率一般不超过120MHz,本振倍频次数一般不超过100㊂根据收发频段及指标需求,可先大致确定取值范围,再根据转㊃904㊃第58卷李忞詝,杨振,郭恳平,等:多路相参转发的集成设计方法第4期发比㊁中频频率㊁组合频率干扰等因素具体确定取值㊂4.1 本振倍数选择首先可从多路相近的转发比中选取较容易实现的一个有理分数,同时兼顾各路收发频率,使收发通道的一本振倍频次数能够通用,以满足式(8)㊂选取A值使收发中频f R-Af0㊁Af0-f T分别位于A/D㊁D/A芯片的频率范围内,且B㊁C取值较小㊂由于B㊁C通过A/D采样和D/A恢复特性实现,每路取值可根据具体情况调整,以使得修正频率尽量小,即|ρi(A+B i)-(A-C i)|尽可能小㊂若多路接收或发射端的频率足够近(Δf R i≤0.4f0,Δf T i≤0.4f0),或A/D㊁D/A芯片的时钟频率足够高,则优先使各路接收中频f R i-Af0位于Bf0的同一侧,则各路发射中频Af0-f T i也会相应地位于Cf0的同一侧,即同一个奈奎斯特通带内㊂此时,可进一步减少中频滤波器的使用,反之则需对每一路中频信号进行单独滤波以实现较好的性能指标㊂4.2 晶振频率选择选定一本振倍数A及每路对应的B i㊁C i后,可在适当的取值范围对f0的具体取值进行分析,比较不同取值下中频收发频率f IR i㊁f IT i是否位于合理区间,高次谐波㊁镜像及组合频率是否会对各路收发通道的信号造成干扰,从而选出最优频率㊂具体可以通过编程搜索实现,建议满足以下条件:10MHz≤f IR i,f IT i≤0.4f0,以便于A/D采样,避免D/A输出频率与镜像和高阶分量距离过近,同时便于中频滤波器的实现㊂5 特性分析比较5.1 精度分析及测试比较在现有体制下,信号相位直接由频率及初始相位决定,不存在同频状态下的相位翻转或跳变,因此相位精度也直接由频率精度决定㊂频率误差来源主要包括收发相参体制误差及中频数字量化误差㊂前者源于收发本振在收发不同时刻的瞬时相差,受晶振短稳指标影响㊂现有恒温晶振的10ms短稳指标一般优于1×10-11㊂在环路跟踪状态下,该收发时间差在μs量级,瞬时相差及相应的频差相对后者可以忽略㊂因此主要分析中频数字量化误差㊂设中频环路数控振荡器㊁数字转发比㊁数字频率修正量㊁DDS的位数依次为r㊁x㊁c㊁t,量值依次为n IR㊁nρ㊁nΔ㊁n IT,误差比依次为εr㊁εx㊁εc㊁εt,则中频输出的实际值f IT㊁理想值f IT0㊁频率误差e IT分别为f IT=n IT2t f0=n IR2r f0㊃nρ2x+nΔ2c f0+εt f0,f IT0=(n IR2r+εr)f0(nρ2x+εx)+(nΔ2c+εc)f0,e IT=f IT-f IT0=(εt-n IR2rεx-nρ2xεr-εrεx-εc)f0㊂式中:εt<2-t,εr<2-r,εx<2-x,εc<2-c㊂忽略高阶项,可得e IT<(2-r+2-x+2-c+2-t)f0㊂可见,频率误差e IT由r㊁x㊁c㊁t共同决定,单独提高某个量的位数或精度没有显著意义㊂以误差要求小于10°/s为例,设f0=100MHz,各位数相等,则r= x=c=t>33.75,可统一选为34位以上,进一步提高位数可继续提高相位精度㊂需要注意的是,运算过程中难免遇到补位㊁截位等情况,应考虑具体方法的选用,确保最终误差符号的随机性,避免始终为正或为负,导致相位误差的显著累积及相位差的单调变化㊂据此实现的双路相参转发产品实测瞬时相位变化㊁1h累积相位变化㊁测速系统随机误差(与地面雷达对接试验结果)均优于传统模拟全相参方法实现的产品,测试结果比较见表1㊂表1 另外,图5所示的收发通道符合一般收发信机或通信产品的通用架构,具有普遍的适用性,可进一步提高集成度,且已有类似芯片可供选择㊂需要指出的是,该集成设计方法也有其不足之处,主要体现在以下两个方面:(1)晶振频率需要根据具体收发频率的特点确定,无法固定,与数字全相参方式不同; (2)合路发射时若输出功率要求较高,会因功放饱和放大导致多路信号的交调问题,在三路以上共用时会比较严重,需要考虑采用功放线性化技术,一定程度上增加了产品的复杂度㊂6 结 论在本振合并㊁频率修正的基础上,通过数字中频拓展㊁通道共用等方法,可以省略传统的中频段上㊁下变频过程,合并传统的多组独立的收发通道,从而用一个本振㊁一次变频,完成多路相参转发㊂通过对本振倍数㊁晶振频率等关键参数的选择,可以便捷地实现设计㊂分析及测试结果表明此方法可以实现足够的相位精度㊂此方法已成功应用于工程实践,实现了小型化㊁通用化设计;同时便于集成芯片的应用及收发通道的拓展,可作为类似收发信机的通用平台,具有广泛的适用性㊂参考文献:[1] This manual also describe all the routines usedfor sealing,welding,handling,stud welding,fastwelding, brushing.Who should read this manualThis manual is intended for :•Personnel in charge of robot programming•Personnel in charge of installation•Personnel in charge of commissioning•Personnel in charge of maintenanceUser qualificationAn operator only requires minimal information andinstruction for operating the installation in order to beable to work with kawasaki robot.A programmer should be familiar with kawasaki programmingand be sufficiently trained for the kawasaki robotprocedure.In particular he should be familiar with the followingitems :•Kawasaki robot programming language AS•Kawasaki bloc teaching languageWhat is base applicationDescriptionBase application is a software module that is present onevery robots which handles plc communication, HMI and whichgive service to other application.Base application handles :•robot program safety(robot position at start-up, robot stop on hold request from plc ..)•Jobs : in conjunction with plc base application start the requested job number•Work authorisation:in conjunction with plc work authorisation are handled•Interlocks:PLC manage interlocks and the case effective give a robot a privilege access .•Error and alarm reporting : Base application reports error and alarm to PLC for a centralised viewing.•A dedicated Human Machine Interface is displayed on the robot teach pendant to help users in case oftroubleshooting. This HMI allows in some special caseuser to make some configuration (e.g: gripper)Terms and conceptsUsageThis chapter contains information relative to path organisation and controls user can achieve.Production tasks are achieve through path chosen by a remote controller.The remote controller(eg PLC)send information (IO) through an industrial network (Profinet) the robot get this informations and select the path. Communication length is128bits.Each bit has a signification and these bits are the same on every robot on the line (standard definition of IO exchange for PLC). We define a cycle as a program number (eg a car type) , during the cycle program execution can be synchronised with PLC,such a way of programming avoid collision and allow PLC to track robot job on some specific positions.Specific positionsHOMEUsually a cycle starts from a specific position(HOMEposition) and finish at the same position.HOME position is a global and unique position , the robotinternal software checks if each axis position are in arange of 2 degrees and set the case of the output robot inHOME. A new cycle is only taken in account if the robot isat HOME position. A rotating brush is carried by the robot . When the the brush rotate again then robot path can be continued.Brush is made of an abrasive metal when entering in contact with the welded area the diameter of the brush is reduce.
