七、安装方法1、灯具必须配带PC透明防护罩;2、打开防护罩更换灯管时,必须切断电源;3、灯具输入为 3 芯护套线,其中棕色线接电源火线、蓝色线接电源零线、黄绿线接电源地线。

接线处用防水绝缘胶布包扎好;4、将灯管扣入安装好的支架里面;5、供电电压在灯具的额定工作范围内,再打开关点亮灯具;观察灯具点亮过程是否正常。

LED路灯技术规格书一、总则1.1 项目简介本技术规格书是为龙十路、南五路、西一路路灯建设工程编制的,编制的目的是进行路灯的招标采购(技术交流),经双方谈判同意后将作为合同附件。

本技术规格书阐述了设计、制造、供货、检验、服务验收等的最低要求。

供货商应保证提供符合本技术规格书和相关的国际、国内工业标准的优质产品。

在合同签字后,需方有权因规范、标准、规程发生变化而提出补充要求。

供方对路灯负有全责,包括分包(或采购)的产品。

其分包(或采购)的产品的制造商应事先征得买方的认可。

1.2 释义买方:指业主或批准的代表供方(供货商):为本工程供货的制造商1.3设计条件安装于龙十路、南五路、西一路。

二、技术要求2.1一般性技术要求2.1.1工作环境应在-40C~+40C条件下正常启动和运行。

2.1灯杆2.1.1 基本参数:灯杆为整体热浸锌后静电喷塑的金属圆锥形灯杆,灯杆直径不小于φ202。

龙十路灯杆高度为12米、南五路灯杆高度为10m、西一路灯杆高度为12米。

2.1.2 灯杆材质:采用壁厚≥3.75mm的国标Q235优质钢,并有足够强度以防运输及安装过程中变形。

2.1.3 拼缝焊接:必须采用机械自动焊,要求表面光滑,无焊接缺陷。

2.1.4 灯杆基础法兰盘δ≥18mm,焊接可靠、牢固,灯杆底部筋板δ≥5mm,全为热浸锌。

法兰4孔,螺丝孔距360mm,螺丝直径20mm。

2.1.5 空气开关:暗藏于灯杆内。

2.1.6 杆内导线由厂家配套供应并安装完好。

2.1.7 路灯杆底部钢管内径不小于250mm,灯门高度500mm,灯门中心距底座600mm,灯门加防盗螺栓。

2.1.8 表层处理:按GB/T 13912-92标准进行热浸锌处理后,再行静电喷塑处理,涂层厚不小于100μm,涂膜必须符合GB1720、GB1732、GB1763和ASTM F1043-95标准。

2.2 灯臂、灯架2.2.1主杆上部支撑板,采用壁厚≥3.75mm的国标Q235优质钢制成;灯架、灯臂焊接后整体热浸锌,且需静电喷塑。
