原译文:Shanghai SFECO Group has 5 share-holding panies.注:share-holding pany指控制或持有某公司股权的股东公司。
上述译文意思是5个公司持有Shanghai SFECO Group的股份,换句话说,这5个公司是“老子”公司,因此显然不符合中文原意。
应译为:Shanghai SFECO Group is a holding pany of 5 subsidiary panies.或Shanghai SFECO Group holds shares of 5 subsidiary panies.3. 中国民生银行。

(2)Organization * An organization is a collection of people which exists to achieve collective goals and in which behavior is controlled. * Organizations can be categorized by size, sector, activity, and legal form. * Most of the income in the UK is increasingly generated by the tertiary sector. * All organizations transform inputs into outputs. This is a transformation process. * Added-value is the difference between the outputs and the value of the bought in inputs. * Competitive advantage is an aspect of the firm’s behavior or performance which gives it a competitive edge over its competitors.

(4) Decision making * When undertaking a decision making, a firm would set objects, gather and analyze information, select a course of action, implement and review. * Decisions can be strategic decisions and tactical decisions. * Objectives of organizations include survival, profit, growth, customer satisfaction or provide a service to the public. * Factors a firm can control, but which restrict its ability to achieve its objectives are internal constraints. * External constraints may include political factors, economic factors, social factors, technology, etc. 2
