要了解对方的需求、底线,还要清楚自己的优势和劣势。

这让我想起了之前在公司经历的一次项目合作谈判。

那是和一家外国公司谈一个合作项目,我们团队提前好几周就开始忙活了。

大家分工明确,有人负责收集对方公司的资料,从他们的过往项目到市场口碑,一点都不放过;有人专门分析市场趋势,预测可能影响合作的各种因素;我呢,则负责整理我们自己公司的优势和能提供的独特价值。

记得那几天,办公室里的气氛紧张又忙碌。

每个人都眉头紧锁,对着电脑屏幕噼里啪啦地敲打着键盘。

我们开了无数次的会,讨论着各种可能出现的情况和应对方案。

“哎呀,这可真是伤脑筋啊!”同事小李总是这样感叹。

终于,到了谈判的那一天。

大家西装革履,精神抖擞地走进会议室。

经过几个小时的“唇枪舌战”,双方终于达成了初步的合作意向。

走出会议室的时候,大家都长长地舒了一口气。

“哎呀妈呀,可算谈下来了!”一向沉稳的老王也忍不住说了句大实话。

通过这次亲身经历,再结合书上的知识,我更加深刻地理解了商务谈判中的那些策略和技巧不是纸上谈兵,而是真真切切能在实战中发挥作用的法宝。
