通常使用的方法有两种,一种是加蓝增白。
即向预增白的物品中加入少量蓝色颜料(如群青) ,通过增加蓝色光部分的反射来遮盖基体的微黄色,使其显得更白。
加蓝虽可增白,但一则效果有限,二则由于总的反射光量减少,而使亮度有所降低,物品色泽变暗。
另一种方法是化学漂白,通过对带有色素的物体表面进行氧化还原反应而使其褪色,因此对纤维素不可避免有破坏作用,而且漂白后的物体带有黄色头,影响视觉感受。
上世纪二十年代发现的荧光增白剂弥补了上述方法的不足,并显示了难以比拟的优越性。
荧光增白剂是一种能吸收紫外光并激发出蓝色或蓝紫色荧光的有机化合物,吸附有荧光增白剂的物质,一方面能将照射在物体上的可见光反射出来,同时还能将吸收的不可见紫外光(波长为300 ~400nm) 转变为蓝色或蓝紫色的可见光发射出来,蓝色和黄色互为补色,因而消除了物品基体中的黄色,使其显得洁白、艳丽。
另一方面增加了物体对光线的发射率,发射光的强度超过了投射于被处理物上原来可见光的强度,所以,人们用眼睛看上去物体的白度增加了,从而达到增白的目的。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对色彩的要求也越来越苛刻。
而荧光增白所具有的增白,增艳和增亮作用正好满足了人们的这种要求,使其在纺织/洗涤/塑料和纸张等多个行业得到了广泛的应用。
荧光增白剂的应用行业使用量及所占比例大体如下:纺织行业25%;洗涤行业40%;纸张行业30%;塑料/合成纤维着色用荧光增白剂的使用量增加较快,有资料显示占有比例已达到10%。
荧光增白剂BL和BW的应用研究

摘 要:研究了荧光增白剂BL、BW、CF-351、CBS-X对洗衣粉的粉体白度、棉织物白度、棉织物色光等的应用效果。
结果表明,荧光增白剂BL和BW在洗衣粉粉体白度、棉织物白度、棉织物色光等方面都较传统CF-351、CBS-X应用效果有较大提高,其中BL应用效果优于BW。

其中二苯乙烯联苯类荧光增白剂,具有可低温增白、添加量小、增白效果显著、易于被降解等优点,被誉为超级荧光增白剂[4]。
随着该类增白剂的广泛应用,客户对其应用性能提出了更高要求,我们在CF-351的基础上,新开发出荧光增白剂BL、BW两个品种,在洗衣粉粉体白度、棉织物白度、棉织物色光等方面都较传统二苯乙烯联苯增白剂应用效果有较大提高。
1 实验部分1.1 原料与仪器BL、BW、CF-351均为沈阳新纪化学有限公司自产,其余增白剂为国产某品牌CBS-X、进口CBS-X,标准无磷洗衣粉、标准棉布、去离子水、无水硫酸钠。
WSD-3全自动白度仪、DL-6000(Starlet-3)红外染色机、datacolor550分光测色仪、恒温鼓风干燥箱、电子天平(万分之一)、容量瓶、烧杯等。
1.2 洗衣粉增白性能的测定(1)样品的配制在5个烧杯中加入等量的标准无磷洗衣粉,然后加入同比例的不同荧光增白剂,用水配成料浆,在70℃的水浴中搅拌10 min,将料浆平摊于培养皿中,于(130±5)℃的干燥箱中干燥至恒重,对已干燥的物料进行粉碎、过筛,收集细粉得到实验所需的待测产品。
共测3组不同浓度数据,并制作出曲线图。

增白剂(荧光剂)的种类及用途增白剂俗称白色染料,是一种无色并在紫外光照射下能激发出荧光的有机化合物,它能提高物质的白度和光泽。
增白作用是利用光学上的补色原理,使泛黄物质经荧光增白剂处理后,不仅能反射可见光,还能吸收可见光以外的紫外光并转变为具有紫蓝色或青色的可见光反射出来。
黄色和蓝色互为补色,抵消了物质原有的黄色,使之显得洁白。

如新,持久不发黄,因为白色代表了干净,纯洁。所以洗涤剂的外观白度、去污力和洗后织物白度是决定产品的品质优劣
的重要因素。
针对市场上林林总总的品牌产品,最后的赢家必然是比拼修炼
内功即内在质量的过硬能力的强者。由于白度对消费者来说是一种
感官评价,所以有必要制定一种符合人性化,具可比性、重复性和
稳定性的白度测定方法来检测洗涤剂的质量指标来满足制造商的要
求。
作为世界上荧光增白剂最大制造商的汽巴精化公司经过多年研

那么如何选用和识别优秀的增白剂呢?

4. 关键核心技术和设备未达到要求。为节省成本,工艺和技术未达到国际标准,容易引起洗衣粉发黄现象。(某些知
名国际公司已屡次发现使用国产仿造产品引起的粉体发黄问题)
5. 织物多次洗涤增白效果差不如汽巴产品。Tinopal CBS-X (天来宝 CBS-X)经多次洗涤后则织物越洗越白,持久
亮白不发黄。
6. 无相应技术支持。因这些小厂本身对该产品技术缺乏了解,更无研发中心对该产品应用于洗涤进行研究,所以无法
