【摘要】Objective: To study the design, implementation and clinical evaluation of a digital hemodialysis information management system. Methods: Basing on developing the hardware for the interface system of the hemodialysis machine, water machine, etc., the hemodialysis information management system is designed to manage the hemodialysis-centre on working, management and treatment. Results: Building an integral supporting information management system for monitoring, data collecting, storage and file the patient information, to achieve "the patient whole process management". The computer helps the hemodialysis centre to arrangement, recording and promoting the efficiency of the clinical stuff. Sharing the data with the senior QC centre and realizing the standard in the field of hemodialsis. Establishing the secondary storehouse in the information management system and looking for the roots of medical consumption. Evaluating the performance of the treatment and adjusting the clinical plan to improve the quality of the treatment.
