综合这些数据，试验校的《国家学生体 质健康标准》测试成绩在2018年和2019年有明 显提高，这与室内体育教学的效果有一定关系。
图1全区小学与试验校平均分变化四、小结雾霾、雨雪等特殊天气在每一年都占有很高 比例，对学校体育工作有很大影响，会影响学生 的体质健康。
学校充分利用室内空间进行体育 锻炼，通过科学、合理的设计锻炼内容，室内体育锻炼同样可以达到强身健体的效果。
延庆区室内体育课采用室内体育实践课、室内体育综合课的模式进行教学，在特殊天气下也能保证学生的身体锻炼，对提高学生体质有很好的效果。
教师在教学中处于主导地位，要发挥创造思维，创编出更多的室内活动项目，丰富学生的室内体育课，提高学生的锻炼兴趣和锻炼效果，达到提高学生身体素质的0的。
在室内锻炼要合理利用空间，在允许的条件下进行锻炼，充分考虑安全因素，因地制宜。

（二）狠抓教学常规落实，深化教育教学改革。
1、抓好教研组建设。
教研组要在落实常规方面发挥重要作用，要做好常规落实的检查、督促工作。
为了进一步抓好"教学常规"的学习和实施工作，组织本教研组年轻教师学习常规，学习校内外先进典型，加强检查督促，使学习常规，实施常规成为全体教师的自觉行动。
作业要做到：有发必收，有收必批，有收必评，有布置就有检查。
