高中英语阅读教学中的法制教育的渗透[摘要]随着社会的发展,青少年品德不良和违法犯罪已经成为社会关注的重大问题,在注重知识文化传授的同时我们要教会我们的学生在法制社会最基本的生存守则——遵纪守法。

课堂教学中渗透法制教育,是实施法制教育的主要途径,也是必由之路。

而这里笔者通过高中英语阅读教学来进行说明,那么如何通过高中英语阅读教学中进行法制教育的渗透呢?[关键词]必要性;生活结合;阅读结合;联系实际一、进行法制教育的必要性学校是未年人学习法律知识的第一阵地,加强学校的法制教育是预防未成年犯罪的最好办法,笔者在参与德育课题《学生法制教育实践性与有效性研究》时,做了一次学生法律知识问卷调查。

调查后统计出来的数据是令人不吃惊的:5%的学生认为偷盗一辆自行车来补偿自己被偷的自行车心理是合情合理的、12.5%的学生会替已犯罪的亲人朋友隐瞒犯罪事实、81.2%的学生喜欢在英语课中渗透法制教育内容,但只有6.2%的学生在英语课中学习过法律知识。

6.2%的严峻数字展示,在过去法制教育在英语课程中的渗透做得还远远不够。

亡羊补牢,犹为晚矣。

并且《英语新课程标准》要求教师在设计一堂课时,必须充分体现三维目标,以达到教育学生,增强热爱祖国的情感,同时要求学生应具有爱国主义、集体主义精神,继承和发扬中华民族的优秀传统,使学生具有社会主义民主法制意识,遵守国家法律和社会公德,逐步形成正确的世界观、人生观。

因此,在英语教育教学活动中除了对学生的知识传授外,更要特别关注学生道德、人格的全面、和谐、均衡发展。

作为老师的一员,我们有责任有义务把自己的学生培养成为文明礼貌,遵纪守法的健康的合格的有用之才。

如何在英语教学中进行有效的法制教育渗透呢?二、联系学生生活实际,增强法制教育渗透的实效作为英语教师要学会引导学生观察了解身边的事,从青少年的生活经验和知识储备出发,润物细无声地对学生进行法制教育。

教材特别注意联系学生的生活现实,让学生进入到对话的语言环境中,让其达到身临其境的感觉。
