在推荐条件下使用Neon ®转染系统，每孔加入3.6 µL Lipofectamine ® 3000，转染BJ 成纤维细胞。

在本实验中，采用Lipofectamine ® 3000、Lipofectamine ® 2000和Lipofectamine ® RNAiMAX 在三种改造的萤光素酶细胞系中完成内源性萤光素酶的抑制。
将试剂与特定siRNA 剂量的靶向萤光素酶的Silencer ® Select siRNA 结合。
使用Lipofectamine ® 2000和Lipofectamine ® 3000，在96孔板中转染H9人胚胎干细胞。
转染24小时后进行GFP 表达分析。
