旧电脑电源改装成无线电电台电源

旧电脑电源改装成⽆线电电台电源买⼀台电台电源需要⼏百员,可好多朋友家⾥都有电脑升级淘汰下来的电脑电源,闲置没⽤挺可惜的!我就⽤⼀台旧电脑电源接12V为我的⼿台当电源,效果很好!可是接车台就不⾏了!⼀发射就⾃动断电(⾃动保护)。
⽹上搜了不少资料,可都不成功!以上是搜的其中⼀份资料,请电脑⾼⼿指教,如何让我的“神乐”电源为车台供电?⽤TL494块的长城ATX250W电源进⾏改装,这块板上,TL494 2脚是基准电压脚,1脚为取样电压脚,1脚作⽤是将+5V通过两个电阻分压取样,输⼊TL494与1脚的基准电压⽐较,控制输出脉宽,从⽽控制输出电压。
知道原理,改起来很简单。
初次动⼿改的时候⾛了点弯路,试图改2脚的基准电压,调来调去输出只有零点⼏伏的变化(其实是分析错了电路,以为2脚为取样点)。
后改在1脚对地接⼀40K 的可调电阻,改变取样电压值,12V输出随之改变,13.8V时此电阻值为20K,⽤⼀20K电阻代换,装壳,改造完成。
如果能找到长城250W电源,⼀个不到⼀分钱的20K电阻就能把它改成通信电源,DIY乐趣⽆穷,这个电源经试验,负载电流8A时可长时间稳定⼯作。
下图中细⿊圈内为原分压电阻,粗⿊圈内为后加的电阻。
改装的是长城250w电源,此电源测试时挂了两个汽车⼤灯,⼗三点⼏伏电压、电流⼤致10A,煲了2.5⼩时,电压⽆变化,温升可以忽略不计。
电脑ATX电源改13.8V通信⽤电源.doc、先找到TL494集成电路的第⼀脚。
2、找⼏个5K--50K的不同阻值的电阻(视不同的开关电源)备⽤.3、从以上备⽤的电阻中找⼀个30K左右的电阻,焊到TL494的第⼀脚和‘地’之间。
4、将⼀个电压表调到直流电压档,接到电源输出的“黄”线和“⿊”线间,等会⼉将⽤它测输出电压(开关电源改造前这⼉的电压应为12V)。
5、将电源插头插上。
再找⼀根细导线,将电源输出排线(接电脑主板的那个插头)上的“蓝”线和“⿊”线短接(使开关电源⼯作)。

其工作稳定可靠,操作简便,能直读容量和损耗,且采用了独特的抗电容带电冲击保护电路和进口原装名牌元器件,使仪器的整机可靠性大大提高。
本系列仪器以高精度电桥的数学模型为理论基础,采用微处理软、硬件为测试控制处理中心,使仪器测试精度更高;操控更加简单便捷。
仪器内部测试单元主要由正弦信号发生器、精密量程电阻、鉴相器和高精度A /D转换器组成。
仪器的所有控制、测量、计算和显示均在MPU的控制下进行。
这种构成使仪器达到了精度高、量程宽、速度快、稳定性好的特点。
而其0.1%的基本精度和高分辨率的显示对于元件的质量和可靠性的提高将有莫大的帮助。

QBY-100气动隔膜泵

QBY气动隔膜泵既能抽送流动的液体,又能输送一些不易流动的介质,具有自吸泵、潜水泵、屏蔽泵、泥浆泵和杂质泵等输送机械的许多优点,是一种新型输送机械,是目前国内最新颖的一种泵类。
采用压缩空气为动力源,对于各种腐蚀性液体,带颗粒的液体,高粘度、易挥发、易燃、剧毒的液体,均能予以抽光吸尽。
三种材质、铝合金、铸铁、不锈钢。
隔膜泵根据不同液体介质分别采用丁晴橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氟橡胶、聚四氟乙烯。
以满足不同用户的需要。
该泵自1986年投产以来,已被国内一千多家石油、化工、电子、陶纺织系统单位采用,安置在种特殊场合,用来抽送各种常规泵不能抽吸的介质,均取的了满意的效果。
主要特点1、不需灌引水,吸程高达7m,扬程达50m,出口压力≥6kgf/cm2;铝合金、不锈钢材质隔膜泵2、流动宽敞,通过性能好,允许通过最大颗粒直径达10mm。
抽送泥浆、杂质时,对泵磨损甚微3、扬程、流量可通过气阀开度实现无级调节(气压调节在1-7kgf/cm2之间);4、该泵无旋转部件,没有轴封,隔膜将抽送的介质与泵的运动部件、工作介质完全隔开,所输送的介质不会向外泄漏。
所以抽送有毒、易发挥或腐蚀性介质时,不会造成环境污染和危害人身安全;5、不必用电,在易燃、易爆场所使用安全可靠;6、可以浸没在介质中工作;7、作用方便、工作可靠、开停只需简单地打开和关闭气体阀门,即使由于意外情况而长时间无介质运行或突然停机,泵也不会因此而损坏,不旦超负荷,泵会自动地停机,具有自我保护性能,当负荷恢复正常后,又有自动启动运行;8、结构简单、易损件少,该泵结构简单,安装、维修方便,泵输送的介质不会接触到配气阀,联杆等运动部件,不象其他类型的泵因转子、活塞、齿轮、叶片等部件的磨损而使性能逐步下降;9、可输送较粘的液体(粘度在1万厘泊以下);10、本泵无须用油润滑,即使空转,对泵也无任何影响,这是该泵一大特点。
增强聚丙烯材质隔膜泵主要用途1、泵吸花生酱、泡菜、土豆泥、小红肠、果酱苹果浆、巧克力等。
