Although she falls in love with her wealthy employer, Edward Rochester, her strong sense of conscience does not permit her to become his mistress, and she does not return to him until his insane wife is dead and she herself has come into an inheritance of her uncle. She rejected the way Mr. Rochester towards to love, but instead, she proved us an independent and generous image of the lady. Even though love is very important, though a good social position may be admired by the others, she knew what is the most important to her and she always did the things that she thought is true. What she did is accorded with the social morality.In another view, though she was a lady from a rich family, but the orphan in childhood made her an ambiguous social position. When she greworder she was only a family governess and she was also paid by her owner and she was powerless, too. She complained about the unequal social classes. But she could do nothing to change it and the prejudice of the common people.Nest point maybe that Jean’s attempt to assert the privilege of the women. She was arranged to have conflict with three men. But from the novel we can know that she was obeyed to neither of them, but she always try to protect herself and do what is good to a woman. My feelings after reading
When I was reading the two articles on Chinese workers’ salary, I felt deeply. In fact, I think the two articles show a same problem. For example, the workers work so long every, but the salary is so low. To ensure that the problem will be solved and plenty of workers can understand. I have some suggestions and thoughts.
First, we should see a case. After the new labor law, and the minimum wage system goes on. The influence caused by it is greater than any others in the small and medium sized enterprises in China. Some of it can not bear it and they are bankruptcy, while others become larger and more powerful. Here, according the correlative theories of model, the paper show that the minimum wage influences the capital flow, especially the economic returns of labor intensive corporations. Based on the statistics of average fixed capital, average authorized capital and average profit analysis, and the two perspectives of industry and one corporation, the paper shows the profit and capital flow of them. At the end, the paper point out the countermeasures in solving the increase of labor costs by the minimum wage. I believe that you should have the same as thoughts with me.
Second, be in arrears with our country peasant laborer salary to broad phenomenon existence now, become to push the grave social problem of sum forward extremely. The rights and interests problem how to protect a peasant laborer has already aroused common attention. Therefor the economy will be expression.I believe that we should not expect the view. If labor cost is decreased ,enterprise will hire employees. But in my eyes,the phenomenon which we don't want to see.Because wage is so low,many people do not want to work.Whether labor cost increase or reduce,it is not good for economic development.So I hope enterprise can understand the truth and pay reasonable salary to workers.So the economic can develop balanced.
