每个传感器系统都由探头、延长线和前置器组成,本特利探头、延长线和前置器具有完全的可互换性,只要部件号一致,各部分可以互换。

二、本特利bently电涡流传感器工作原理电涡流传感器是以高频电涡流效应为原理的非接触式位移、振动传感器,其基本原理是探头、延伸电缆、前置器以及被测体构成基本工作系统。

前置器中高频振荡电流通过延伸电缆流入探头线圈,在探头头部的线圈中产生交变的磁场。

如果在这一交变磁场的有效范围内没有金属材料靠近,则这一磁场能量会全部损失;当有被测金属体靠近这一磁场,则在此金属表面产生感应电流,电磁学上称之为电涡流。

与此同时该电涡流场也产生一个方向与头部线圈方向相反的交变磁场,由于其反作用,使头部线圈高频电流的幅度和相位得到改变(线圈的有效阻抗),这一变化与金属体磁导率、电导率、线圈的几何形状、几何尺寸、电流频率以及头部线圈到金属导体表面的距离等参数有关。

通常假定金属导体材质均匀且性能是线性和各项同性,则线圈和金属导体系统的物理性质可由金属导体的电导率б、磁导率ξ、尺寸因子τ、头部体线圈与金属导体表面的距离D、电流强度I和频率ω参数来描述。

则线圈特征阻抗可用Z=F(τ, ξ, б, D, I, ω)函数来表示。

通常我们能做到控制τ, ξ, б, I, ω这几个参数在一定范围内不变,则线圈的特征阻抗Z就成为距离D的单值函数,虽然它整个函数是一非线性的,其函数特征为S型曲线,但可以选取它近似为线性的一段。

These parts also help shield the cables from electrical noise and adverse environmental conditions. Having the proper mounting hardware on-site during the probe installation saves time and money for those responsible for the project.Junction boxesJunction boxes are normally mounted on or near the exterior of a machine case and enclose electrical connections in weatherproof or explosion-proof environments. Sealtite™ flexible conduit Flexible conduit routes probe cables safely to the sensor housing and then back to the monitors. The conduit protects transducer wiring from damage that splashing liquids or accidental contact with other equipment can cause.Sealtite flexible conduit consists of a galvanized steel core with an extruded thermoplastic cover. Pipe fittings are made of steel with a zinc-plated, chromate finish and are compatible with fittings found on our watertight equipment enclosuresProbe mounting bracketsProbe mounting brackets attach internally mounted proximity probes to the machine case. S upplied mounting bolts attach the bracket to the bearing or other location inside the machine casing. The bracket holds the probe and allows for adjustment of the probe tip relative to the observed surface.For most installations, use the standard 137492 non-clamping aluminum probe bracket. When using the 137491 brackets for 3/8-inch diameter smooth case probes, tightening the bolts will compress the probe hole around the probe and lock the probe into its preset gapped position. If your application requires additional electrical isolation from the mounting location (as in some generator and electric motor bearing locations), use the 27474 phenolic probe bracket. These mounting brackets are compatible with our 3300 and 3300 XL proximity probe systems, including 5 mm, 8 mm and NSv™ probes.To ensure that the brackets screws remain fastened within the machine, secure the screws with safety wire. Each mounting bracket includes special screws with holes drilled for safety wire.Cable SealThe optional 10076 Cable Seal is mainly for use in cable routing applications. It restrains the coaxial cable from movement, prevents abrasion, and provides splash protection. One end of the cable seal has a 1/4-18 NPT thread that allows you to thread it into a 4190-36 Adapter.The cable seal has an aluminum body and an oil-resistant, slit grommet so that you can install it over armored or non-armored cable without removing the connectors. AdapterThe optional 4190 Adapter attaches a junction box to the machine case. It also allows mounting of the proximity probe in some instances.The adapter offers a variety of threads and configurations. A dapter threads and configurations that are not listed in this data sheet may be available. P lease contact your sales representative for more information. Explosion-proof fittingsExplosion-proof fittings provide seals for housings in Division 1 and in Zone 0 and 1 hazardous areas. The fittings include sealing compound, packing fiber, and the appropriate adapter. Fitting kits are available. Refer to Explosion-Proof Fittings on page 6 for details and part numbers.Low-pressure cable sealThe 43501 Low-Pressure Cable Seal provides egress for up to 4 75Ω and/or 95Ω 3300XL, 3300 and 7200 cables, or up to 2 25mm DE or 50mmDE transducer cables, through a single hole in a machine case or other barrier.The cable seal is constructed of 303 stainless steel and a molded silicon rubber grommet and prevents leakage of fluids along the outer jacket of the cable. The seal has threads on both ends and fits into a tapped hole on the machine case or barrier. External pipe threads enable the seal to mate to conduit or housings. You can use the low-pressure cable seal only with non-armored cables. Its design seals pressures up to 345 kPa (50 psi) when properly installed.High-Temperature Cable TiesThe 173873 high-temperature cable tie is an economical alternative to metal brackets in high-temperature applications. F (05/08)DescriptionTransducer SystemThe 3300 5mm Proximity Transducer System consists of:• a 3300 5 mm probe 1, 2• a 3300 XL extension cable (ref 141194-01) •a 3300 Proximitor ® Sensor 3, 4, 5 (ref 141194-01)When combined with a 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor and XL extension cable, the system provides an output voltage that is directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. The system can measure both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) data. Its primary use is in vibration and position measurement applications on fluid-film bearing machines, as well as Keyphasor ® measurement and speed measurement applications 6. The system provides an accurate, stable signal output over a wide temperature range. All 3300 XL Proximity Transducer Systems achieve this level ofperformance with complete interchangeability of probe, extension cable, and Proximitor sensor, eliminating the need for individual component matching or bench calibration. Proximity ProbeThe 3300 5 mm probe improves upon previous designs. A patented TipLoc™ molding method provides a more robust bond between the probe tip and the probe body. ConnectorsThe 3300 5mm probe and 3300 XL extension cable have corrosion-resistant, gold-plated brass ClickLoc™ connectors. These connectors require only finger-tight torque (connectors will "click"), and the specially engineered lockingmechanism prevents the connectors from loosening. The connectors require no special tools for installation or removal.You can order 3300 5mm Probes and XL Extension Cables with connector protectors already installed, or we can supply the connector protectors separately for installation in the field (such as when you must run the cable through restrictive conduit). F (05/08)Notes:1.A 5mm probe uses smaller physical packaging and provides the same linear range as a 3300 XL 8mm probe (ref 141194-01). The 5mm probe does not, however, reduce thesideview clearances or tip-to-tip spacing requirements as compared to an XL 8 mm probe. IYou should use the 5mm probe when physical (not electrical) constraints preclude the use of an 8mm probe, such as mounting between thrust bearing pads or other constrained spaces. When your application requires narrow sideview probes, use the 3300 XL NSv™ probe and extension cable with the 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor (refer to Specifications and Ordering Information p/n 147385-01).2.XL 8 mm probes provide a thicker encapsulation of the probe coil in the molded PPSplastic probe tip to produce a more rugged probe. The larger diameter of the probe body also provides a stronger, more robust case. We recommend the use of XL 8mm probes when possible to provide optimal robustness against physical abuse.3.A 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor is available and provides many improvements over the non-XL version. The XL sensor is electrically and mechanically interchangeable with the non-XL version. Although the packaging of the 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor differs from its predecessor, its design allows you to usea 4-hole mounting base to fit it t in the same 4-hole mounting pattern and to fit within the same mounting space specifications (when the application observes the minimum permissible cable bend radius). Us of XL components with 3300 5mm Probes will limit system performance to the specifications for the non-XL 3300 system.5. The factory supplies Proximitor Sensors that are calibrated by default to AISI 4140 steel. Calibration to other target materials is available upon request.6.If you are considering using this transducer system for tachometer or over-speedmeasurements, consult /bently for the application note regarding the use of eddy current proximity probes for over speed protection.7. 转子台基本操作
图1-1显示了转子台的主要组成部分:发动机、速度传感器、鉴相传感器、防护罩、轴承座、底板、可调底部支撑、传感器机座和摩擦螺钉机座、质量盘。

注意:转子台要安装在一个坚固的(混凝土)底座上,如果安装在一个质地软有弹性的支撑上,就会产生弹性共振,从而影响到测试结果。

通过提高转子台惯性中心可以减小弹性共振,故尽量使惯性中心位于轴心线上(给轴上面的基座补充质量)。

速度传感器velocity sensor
在机器人自动化技术中,旋转运动速度测量较多,而且直线运动速度也经常通过旋转速度间接测量。

目前广泛使用的速度传感器是直流测速发电机,可以将旋转速度转变成电信号。

测速机要求输出电压与转速间保持线性关系,并要求输出电压陡度大,时间及温度稳定性好。

测速机一般可分为直流式和交流式两种。

直流式测速机的励磁方式可分为他励式和永磁式两种,电枢结构有带槽的、空心的、盘式印刷电路等形式,其中带槽式最为常用。

关于BENTLY速度传感器数量和量程的选择。

BENTLY速度传感器数量的选择是根据电子衡器的用途、秤体需要支撑的点数(支撑点数应根据使秤体几何重心和实际重心重合的原则而确定)而定。

一般来说,秤体有几个支撑点就选用几只
传感器,但是对于一些特殊的秤体如电子吊钩秤就只能采用一个传感器,一些机电结合秤就应根据实际情况来确定选用传感器的个数。

传感器量程的选择可依据秤的最大称量值、选用传感器的个数、秤体的自重、可能产生的最大偏载及动载等因素综合评价来确定。

一般来说,传感器的量程越接近分配到每个传感器的载荷,其称量的准确度就越高。

但在实际使用时,由于加在传感器上的载荷除被称物体外,还存在秤体自重、皮重、偏载及振动冲击等载荷,因此选用传感器量程时,要考虑诸多方面的因素,保证传感器的安全和寿命。

BENTLY速度传感器量程的计算公式是在充分考虑到影响秤体的各个因素后,经过大量的实验而确定的。
