典范英语10完整原文It was a bright sunny day, and the kids were playing in the park. They chased each other, laughing and screaming with joy. The swings were in full swing, and the sandbox was filled with tiny hands digging for buried treasure."Look, I caught a butterfly!" shouted little Sarah, her eyes wide as she held her delicate capture between two cupped hands.Over at the basketball court, a group of teenagers were practicing their shots. "Swish!" went the ball as it swished through the net, making the players cheer and high-five each other.Meanwhile, in a quiet corner of the park, an old man sat on a bench, reading a book. His eyes moved slowly across the pages, lost in the world of words."Mom, can we have an ice cream?" asked a little boy,his face already imagining the sweet coldness of his favorite flavor."Sure, honey. But only one each, okay?" his mother replied, smiling as she reached into her bag for the money.A family of ducks waddled gracefully across the grass, their tiny ducklings following closely behind. The children stopped playing for a moment to watch, their faces filled with awe and curiosity. At the other end of the park, a music festival was in full swing. The sounds of guitars, drums, and singingfilled the air, drawing passersby to stop and listen. As the sun began to set, casting a golden hue over the sky, the park slowly emptied. The kids said their goodbyes and promised to meet again tomorrow. The teenagers packed up their basketballs, and the old man.。

Just as he said, David’s childhood was like a
never-ending storm. Looking through it, I learnt that no matter how hard the life was, we should never give in and find our interest to support us to overcome the difficulties. I know that when being in society, we won’t have intention to hurt others, but it doesn’t mean we needn’t protect ourselves from any possible changes from others. If you were in a dark situation, please be that shinning soul. (张作舟) 评语:视角独特

2.If you were Frankenstein’s friend and had found his nervousness, what would you do?
I would follow him and observe him until I find out the cause of his nervousness if he wouldn't tell me straight. Then I would talk to him and make a proper plan against the monster. At least I would equip myself with a gun in order to defend myself from being killed or protect his family from being murdered. Moreover, we could work together to catch the monster and throw him into prison. If I feel it beyond our power, I would seek help from the police.
If Mr de Larcey had been told all the monster’s story, would he persuade his family members to accept the monster? Give your reasons whether your answer is yes or no. My personal answer is “no”. Even if Mr. de Larcey had mercy on the monster, his first principle would be to keep his beloved ones from being disturbed by an ugly strong created creature.

This story shows a dark social reality, which indicates the writer’s viewpoint “Good will be rewarded with good and evil with evil”. Many people David meets consider money as the vital thing in their life, but no matter how many troubles they cause to David, they just push David forward.(张馨月)

The book was written by Charles Dickens, who was a famous writer in England. Charles’ childhood was as poor as David. He lived a hard life and worked in a factory when he was underage. He wrote this book to memorize his childhood and encourage everyone to search for a way which led to a new life. From David, I learnt a kind of spirit: Even when you are poor or humble, don’t lose your dream and hope.(王宇昭)

Based on Charles Dickens’ real experience, David Copperfield was written to describe the complex society of London, which was just like a mist in the darkest night created by those evils, Mr. Murdstone, Mr. Creakle and Uariah Heep. Dark as the society was, there were still shinning souls, justicial Copperfield, kind Peggotty ,Aunt Betsey, and gentle Mr. Wickfield, who were all like flames to light up the whole world.(张作舟)

1b典范英语第10课Lesson 10: A Memorable EventLast summer, I had the opportunity to participate in a volunteer trip to a rural village. It was an incredibly memorable event that I will cherish forever. The purpose of the trip was to provide aid to the villagers and improve their living conditions. We started our journey early in the morning, and after a long drive, we finally arrived at the village. The village was small and surrounded by beautiful green fields. The houses were made of bamboo and thatched roofs. The villagers warmly welcomed us, and we were immediately struck by their kindness and hospitality. Our first task was to help build a new school for the village children. The existing school was in a dilapidated state, and the children had to study under the trees. We worked together, carrying bricks, mixing cement, and laying the foundation. It was hard work, but the satisfaction of building something that would benefit the children was incredibly rewarding. In the evenings, we would gather around a bonfire and join the villagers in singing and dancing. They taught us their traditional songs and danced to the beat of the drums. It was a magical experience, witnessing their joy and happiness despite their difficult living conditions.Another aspect of the trip was to provide medical aid to the villagers. We set up a makeshift clinic where we would treat the sick and provide them with necessary medicines. Many of the villagers suffered from different ailments due to lack of access to proper healthcare. It was heart-wrenching to see their suffering, but at the same time, it motivated us to work harder to help them. One particular incident during the trip stands out in my memory. A young boy named Rajiv had a severe infection in his leg. He had been suffering for weeks, unable to walk or play with other children. Our team of doctors and nurses worked tirelessly to treat him, cleaning the wound and providing him with antibiotics. Over the course of a few days, we saw a remarkable improvement in his condition. Seeing him smile and run around with other children filled my heart with indescribable happiness. As the time to leave the village approached, we couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness. The bond we had formed with the villagers was strong, and we knew we would miss them dearly. We had not only provided aid but had also built lasting relationships.Reflecting on this memorable event, I realize how fortunate we are to have the resources and opportunities that many others lack. This trip not only made me appreciate what I have but also sparked a desire to continue giving back to society. In conclusion, the volunteer trip to the rural village was an unforgettable experience that touched my heart. It taught me the value of compassion, hard work, and the joy of making a difference in someone's life. I will always cherish the memories and carry the lessons learned with me, as I continue to strive for a better world.。
