美国人的性格

Every nation has its own personality. For example,British is reserved,French is romantic, while Japanese woman is submissive. From this point,American also have a unique personality. For those who have had contact with American, they almost have a common view that American are friendly and easygoing. When you first contact with an American,he or she often talks a lot to make you feel relaxed;when you are walking on a street in America, you unconsciously have a look at a stranger ,he or she may smile to you or say hello to you as greetings;if your car break down on the road, someone will guide for you friendly;especially when you set foot in Hawaii, ,a beautiful girl will offer up an anadem for you.Hawaii is also named Aloha State.People there say Aloha to welcome their guests. So the first characteristic of American is friendly. American doesn't like to be submissive to others, nor does they like overpraise from others. They usually leave a good impression on a tourist very soon at the first time, however, a week later, they will nearlyforget the tourist, this is because they like something new.So it is hard for them to have a deep relationship with others. The second characteristic of American personality is independent and enterprising. They dislike to depend on others and also dislike to be relied on by others. From childhood, they have developed a habit of being independent.Every morning on the street, you can see some boys about twelve sending newspapers door to door no matter how the weather is .Some little girls go to their neighbour's home to take care of babies.Parents in America teach their kids like this so as to help kids become independent for the coming future. The kids get their scholars according to their good grades,or they take a part-time job to earn their tuitions until they finish their school work. When growing up,they leave home to set up a new household by themselves. And they seldom visit their parents and nearly make a living on their own .Therefore, for the old who can not work ,it is very difficult for them to live through.Another feature is realistic.Unlike French and British,American think that to be fantastic and shabby-genteel means nothing .They admire those who are capable and smart.and they do all by themselves. Most American know how to use machine and mend the electric equipments and paint walls and so on.They think rough work is nessesary for themselves, it doesn't lose face at all.Another feature is that American attach great importance to the value of success .It is said that the personality of American is formed in the competitive environment. In their eyes, it is not a good background but a good ability that really matters. They all think that only if they work hard will they achieve their flowers and applause. There are many other features of American,For instance, they like movements from one place to another ,and also like adventure. All I have said are come from the Internet. Time limited, I'm sorry I can not mention them entirely. That's all, thank you!。

The American character is a multifaceted and enigmatic entity, shaped by a myriad of historical, social, and cultural influences. It is a product of both the nation's unique origins and its role as a global superpower. At its core, the American character is characterized by a profound sense of individualism. Americans are proud of their independence and their right to pursue their own aspirations. They value self-reliance and personal responsibility, and they often view government interference as a threat to their freedoms.Closely related to individualism is the American spirit of optimism. Americans are practical and results-oriented. They are willing to experiment and find solutions to problems, even if it means deviating from traditional methods. This pragmatism has led to the development of many American innovations, such as the telephone, the airplane, and the personal computer.Americans are also known for their humanitarianism. 美国人性格英文作文高中英文:As an American, I believe that our national characteris diverse and complex. The United States is a melting potof cultures, and this diversity is reflected in our personalities. Americans are often described as friendly, outgoing, and open-minded. We are known for our can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. For example, many Americans are not afraid to take risks and pursue their dreams, which is why the country has produced so many successful entrepreneurs and innovators. On the other hand, Americans can also be seen as individualistic and competitive. We value independence and self-reliance, and this can sometimes lead to a sense of isolation or loneliness. In addition, Americans are often viewed as direct and assertive in their communication style. We are not afraid to speak our minds and express our opinions, which can sometimes be perceived as brash orconfrontational.Overall, I think the American character is a combination of these traits – friendly and outgoing, yet also individualistic and competitive. It's important to recognize that these are generalizations and that there is a wide range of personalities within the United States. However, I do believe that these characteristics are part of what makes us uniquely American.中文:作为一个美国人,我相信我们的国民性格是多样而复杂的。
