自适应Shearlet域约束的全变差图像去噪朱华生;邓承志【期刊名称】《计算机工程》【年(卷),期】2013(039)001【摘要】采用传统非线性扩散图像去嗓方法得到的图像边缘模糊,为此,提出一种有限自适应Shearlet域约束的极小化变分图像去噪算法.通过自适应阈值收缩Shearlet系数,保留图像纹理与边缘空间,利用全变差极小化平滑空间,建立全变差正则化的能量泛函去噪模型.实验结果表明,该算法能在减少图像噪声的同时,保留图像边缘信息,对含有丰富纹理结构的图像,去噪性能更佳.%In this paper, an adaptive Shearlet domain regularized minimization total variation image denoising algorithm is proposed, which can overcome the problem of the traditional nonlinear diffusion image denoising methods. The texture and edge domain is adaptively shrinkaged in Shearlet domain. And then, a total variation regularized energy functional model with restrictions on the finite adaptive shearlet domain is used to deal with smooth domain. 在 光学成像系统 中,h可 以使用 点扩散 函数(point spread function,PSF)来代替 。PSF作为一种数学公式描 述 了理想 光源下的光束经过光学路径所发生 的畸变 。 通 常情 况下 图像 是 由许多点源发出 的光与 PSF卷积后 叠加所 组成 的 。因此 确定 了 PSF就可 以使用其逆 函数 与实际观测到 的图像进行解卷积 ,从而将真实 图像 复 原 出来 。而实 际系统 中找出精确 的点扩散 函数几乎是 不可能 的 ,真实的光学系统在不 同的空 间点可能有不 同的 PSF,同时 PSF可能非线性 ,无法用有理 函数 的 形式表 达出来 ,因此对 PSF的估计精度将决定 图像后 处理 问题结果 的优劣 。
进后的 图像处理技术可 以有效提 高 自适应光 学图像 的质量和分 辨力,较好 的满足 了自适应 光学系统对 图像 事后 处理的

四川大学学报(医学版)2021,52 ( 2 ) : 286 - 292J Sichuan Univ ( Med Sci) doi: 10.12182/20210360506基于深度学习的图像重建算法在胸部薄层CT中的降噪效果评估#曾文,曾令明,徐旭,胡斯娴,刘科伶,张金戈,彭婉琳,夏春潮,李真林&四川大学华西医院放射科(成都610041)【摘要】目的为了评估基于深度学习的重建算法在胸部薄层计算机断层扫描(computed tomography, CT)图像中的降噪效果,对滤波反投影重建(filtered back projection, FBP)、自适应统计迭代重建(adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction, ASIR)与深度学习图像重建(deep learning image reconstruction, DLIR)图像进行分析。

方法回顾性纳人 47例患者胸部CT平扫原始数据,利用FBP, AS1R混合重建(ASIR50%、ASIR70%),深度学习低、中、高3种模式(DL-L、DL- M、DL-H)共6种,重建出0.625 mm的图像。

在每组图像的主动脉内、骨骼肌以及肺组织内分别勾画感兴趣区,测量感兴趣 区内的CT值、SD值和信噪比(signal-to-noiseratio,SNR)进行客观评价,并对图像进行主观评价。

结果6种重建图像 CT、SD和SNR值的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。

6种重建图像主观评分差异有统计学意义(尸<0.001)。

DLIR在主动脉和 骨骼肌处的图像噪声明显低于传统的FBP和ASIR,图像质量能够满足临床需求。

而且呈现出DL-H降噪效果最佳、噪声最 低,ASIR70%、DL-M、ASIR50。

通过主观评分的比较发现,DL-H的图像整体质量有明 显的提升,但不能使肺纹理重建更清晰。

传统的温度场重建网络仍沿用平面图像的特征提取方法,不仅忽略了光场图像中记录的三维光线信息,而且没有充分考虑追迹光线的分类问题,致使先验信息的缺失和不同类型特征的杂糅,对温度场的重建精度产生负面影响。

本文对网络中的特征提取过程进行了优化,首先将子孔径图像的视角信息添加到网络输入端,然后使用双分支卷积方法分别提取光场的空间特征和角度特征,最后利用注意力机制对特征在不同尺度上的重要性进行建模。

本文通过正交实验验证了上述因素对重建精度的影响。

仿真结果表明,与传统网络相比,优化方法重建的温度场平均相对误差降低了44.82%,最大相对误差降低了34.76%。

The traditional temperature field reconstruction network still uses the feature extraction method of theplane image, which not only ignores the 3D ray information recorded in the light-field image but also fails to consider the classification of tracing rays. Therefore, the absence of prior information and the hybridity of different types of features have a negative impact on the reconstruction accuracy of temperature field. This article optimized the feature extraction process in the network. Firstly, the view angle information of the sub-aperture image was added to the network input. Then the spatial and angular features of the light-field were extracted by the double-branch convolution method. Finally, the attention mechanism was used to model the importance of features at different scales. The effectiveness of the above factors on the reconstruction accuracy was verified by orthogonal experiments. 些重建算法皆要求系统可获得的声波路径数大于被测区 域划分的像素数, 复杂温度场重建精度因原始温度采样 点过少而受限。 正则化是提高重建算法噪声抑制能力的有效手段, 正 则化参数控制着正则解中测量数据和解范数的权重, 过大 会使解过于平滑而过小不能很好地抑制噪声。目前尚未 见到采用自适应正则化参数的声学 CT 温度场重建算法。 本文提出一种像素数远多于声波路径数、 且正则化 参数可自适应调整的声学 CT 温度场重建算法, 并利用模 型温度场和实际温度场检验了该算法的重建能力 。 该算 称为最小变化法的正则化参数选取法, 法采用一种新的、 自适应地选取正则化参数, 兼顾温度场细节重建和噪声 抑制。为叙述方便, 称该算法为 ARPSM 算法。

Abstract: Acoustic CT temperature field reconstruction is an illposed problem. The selection of regularization parameter has an important influence on reconstruction accuracy. A temperature field reconstruction algorithm based on adaptive regularization parameter selection is proposed,which is called ARPSM ( adaptive regularization parameter selection by minimum change criterion) algorithm. The algorithm uses a novel adaptive regularization parameter selection method,named as minimum change criterion,to determine the proper regularization parameter,which can make a good compromise between denoising and detailed reconstruction of temperature field. The reconstruction results of model temperature fields and a uniform temperature field in Lab show that the regularization parameters selected with the minimum change criterion are superior to those selected with oftenused Lcurve method and produce lower reconstruction errors. ARPSM algorithm has higher reconstruction accuracy and better antinoise ability, thus it is expected to be used in the situations where highquality reconstruction is needed,such as monitoring the temperature distribution of stored grain.
