信用证里的available with any bank by payment和 by negotiation有什么区别议付信用证与付款信用证有什么区别？议付信用证与付款信用证的主要区别是：一、议付信用证一般情况下，议付信用证是非限制性信用证，不指定具体由哪一间银行议付，受益人当地的任何银行都可以办理议付。
一般情况下，议付行与开证行不是同一银行。
议付是议付行对受益人的单据办理融资，而融资款即由开证行根据其在信用证中的承诺偿付。
除非受益人与议付银行另有协议，议付信用证项下，议付行向受益人支付票款之后仍有追索权。
议付信用证都要求受益人出示汇票。
